Prezzo - Carte

It's Prezzo but in a very nice building. If you've eaten at a Prezzo previously, you'll know exactly what to expect this one is no different.

Food was very, very poor paid almost £18 for a burger that was drenched in a soupy liquid, and the pasta was completely bland and tasteless. Service was very poor, as the manager was rude and ignored me while I was speaking to her directly. Very disappointing.

Quick service but management openly shouting at their staff in the restaurant in front of the guests. The restaurant was really busy as the charter fair was in buckingham and the staff were clearly rushing around. At one point one of the managers shouted at the chefs which wasn’t very professional. We felt sorry for the staff working under these conditions. The service itself was very good and the food was very nice. Just a shame that the managers don’t look after their staff better. The restaurant had a beautiful setting and we generally like the Prezzo chain. Our appetizer was good and although it was busy, our server seemed a bit nervous or new and initially brought the wrong drink, but quickly corrected it. One of our meals was okay, but one of the burgers was undercooked and soggy. We were offered a replacement, but it was too late as my partner had already finished their meal. No discount was offered. Overall, the experience was just okay, but we felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was perfectly cooked and had a lovely taste. It was light and delicate, without any overpowering flavors or heavy sauces. The portion size was just right for us, as we prefer quality over quantity. The service was exceptional, with a polite, friendly, and charming server who ensured we were never left waiting. We also appreciated the presence of the manager, who was pleasant during our departure. Overall, a great meal and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

I came here with some friends for a catch up dinner and few drinks. The service was good as was the food . Nice selection of drinks and freshly made pizzas. The calzones were a bit disappointing with really thick and doughy edges and top thin tops with way to much garlic. The insides were tasty though. Some of the mains are expensive for what you get but we were happy for the price we paid . The waiter was good at taking orders but couldn't remember who had what when he brought it back to the table even when one of us asked for cutlery and two of us had started eating !!!. My husband and I have been regulars at Prezzo in Buckingham for quite some time, witnessing a couple of changes in management along the way. Today, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the entrance by the new General Manager, Ika. She is a lovely lady with a wealth of experience and is dedicated to ensuring a memorable dining experience for her customers. Throughout our meal, Ika was constantly on the lookout to assist her team and ensure that everyone was well taken care of. The quality of the food was exceptional, and we haven't seen such high standards in a while. The atmosphere was lively and pleasant, and we left feeling confident that any request we had would be taken care of...

I have been here on numerous occasions over the past few years and the food was better than normal to be honest. But…watching (who I think was) the owner literally running through the restaurant, at times with 6 glasses in her hand, trying to be everywhere at once, was appalling! Just slow down…there was absolutely no need for this as it wasn’t exactly full to the brim! Next…the ‘dishwasher area’ of the kitchen is right next to part of the dining area…and for some reason the whole evening was filled with smashing plates and slamming of doors…maybe they should have considered closing the door to this area as it was disturbing a lot of the diners. At one point I got up to look through the door...

After spending 19 hours in the emergency department of the hospital we arrived in Buckingham around 2 pm and as we were hungry we decided to go to eat at Prezzo, which we had never been to before. As soon as we entered we saw a middle aged blonde woman who asked us if we had a reservation (which surprised me because the restaurant was empty except for 2 tables, I thought that she didn't seem to control the reservations she had, if she managed it well she would have known that we didn't have a reservation). She spoke to us all the time in a very rude way and looked down on us. We placed our order, but about 2 minutes later I went to the bar and asked her to please change some dishes, she spok...
