This restaurant always provides a pleasant experience. The music is good, and they serve real Bacardi and real Coke, unlike most places in Swansea.

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch today with my wife son daughter in law and my nephew 9 months old ! The food was tasty and the service first class. Will return.

Great food, amazing atmosphere but terrible service, not knowing what a house red was, bringing our starters with our mains, felt like she didn’t know anything about the menu. But the food was amazing would recommend the pizza as the dough is perfection Voir le carte

The food was average. I ordered the pasta with squid ink, but it was nothing special. Unfortunately, they had run out of pizza dough and we found out 20 minutes after ordering pizza. The location is nice, but I probably wouldn't return and would instead try other Italian restaurants in Swansea.

My wife and I took friends for lunch 01/04/23, the food was good but the service pretty average. I had to approach the bar twice for a drink order. My wife took her friend for lunch today, again the food good but the service from the staff abysmal. 3 staff sat around all watching videos on their phones, 4 times they were interrupted for service from drinks to Chilli Oil, not good enough with the prices they charge. Owners or Management need to get a grip of poor staff before your reputation goes down the pan. No place for complacency.

The food at this restaurant was very bland. I was disappointed to find out that the beef dishes also contained pork, which was not indicated on the menu. Thankfully, I checked with the waiter as I do not eat pork for religious reasons. I ended up with a plain and flavorless Penne pasta since all the beef dishes contained pork. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor. A fast food burger would have been a better choice than the food at this restaurant. The food at SA1 Swansea branch was very bland, most of the beef meat dishes had both beef and pork but this was not stated in the menus and I was glad I checked with the waiter, so I ended up with a bland plain penne pasta with no seasoning or flavours. A fast food burger has more taste and flavour than the food at Positano in Swansea SA1!! Very over priced for the quality of food and please do mention the beef dishes contain pork on your menus, as a large population of communities don’t eat pork for religious reasons and some people have allergies and need to know!

The restaurant needs to improve on their service. They delivered a bottle of wine to our table in a wine cooler, but awkwardly added ice which caused the bottle to hang over the top. When taking our order, they informed me that the Sea Bass was not available, which should have been mentioned when we were seated. They also didn't provide a bowl for mussel shells or offer finger bowls, leading to some confusion. Unfortunately, we weren't offered dessert and after waiting a while, we had to ask for the bill. Despite the service issues, the food was enjoyable overall. I hope they take these comments into account and improve for our next visit.

I rang at the beginning of January to book a table for my daughters 16th birthday on February 10th. I booked for 24 people and paid a deposit of £5pp. In the week leading up to our visit I had a phone call on the Monday asking for my preorders as they were not asked for when I booked. I quickly got all the orders in and emailed them to the address I was given. I didn’t receive a reply to my email to confirm so tried to ring the restaurant all day Wednesday and Thursday with no answer. I started to panic.
