We ordered 3 dishes, my wife had the Shakshuka which had been great previously, this time it was very salty. My dad had a burger which he enjoyed and I had the grilled harissa chicken flatbread with chips. The chicken was rubbery, it was not good at all. I can only think this has been pre-cooked, cut up and frozen, then defrosted. The chips were also cold You pre-pay for your food when you order on the QR code, no-one asked how the food was when they collected plates and we were in a rush to leave timewise so didn't complain or ask for a refund, but they definitely need to do better"

Spacious and child friendly. With 3 kids in tow it's really handy to be able to order online. Service is always friendly and the food is great quality too.

Waited at the entrance for over 5 minutes to be seated as staff stand chatting at the bar. They glanced over a few times but didn’t seem happy to help us. Walked away in the end.

I had the cowboy smash burger and ny partner the normal bacon cheeseburger. The food was outstanding and made me savour every bite. Service was quick and staff were amazing and friendly.

I had an issue which the manager ..the gorgeous dionne sorted for me..super nice and professional..I'm so impressed..would definitely go back..love the decor too ..staff really attentive and kind..

The service is spot on, and the food is not only good price and great portion but how fast is the food from the order time to the table! Also the environment is amazing you feel like at home and the deco is amazing, can’t recommend it enough this branch, there should be more of these pubs around the city

Really disappointing we asked to sit on the balcony upstairs and the waitress said there’s plenty of people up there already in a condescending way which was abrupt and unnecessary. The food was flavourless and clearly very cheap sausages burnt, no butter in the bread the veggie breakfast also lacked flavour. Service was not friendly. We will not return.

Not been before, but we dine regularly in West Bridgford prior to Forest games. We tried to book a table for 2 and were told that they only take bookings for 6 or more. We decided to book elsewhere, to guarantee a table, as we travel from the other side of Nottingham. Disappointing, but we do like the reassurance of having a table booked, and would have been willing to pay a small deposit to secure it, say £5 per head. Other restaurants in the vicinity take bookings.
