"We have driven past this hotel/ restaurant many times over the years but have never tried the restaurant. But we decided to go with friends who had been before and were very impressed. I couldn’t agree more. We had a stunning lunch, which was the...45€ set 6 courses (plus two lovely little amuse bouche). For the price it was amazing value and given what the four of us ate, it is certainly Michelin Star standard in my book. Each dish had the sort of flair and creativity we’ve grown to expect from Catalan cooking at the top end. All this and a lovely glass restaurant at the back of the hotel which was light and airy on a (rare) wet day. Service was friendly, professional and ran like clockwork. On top of this we were recommended two really good (quality value) local Emporda wines. A perfect way to spend a wet lunchtime. Many thanks."

we had a great meal here in september 2021. the tasting menu and accompanying weine were a good value 57 25,) eating was incredible and the drinks and service were great. I wouldn't be surprised if he got a Michelin star

vaig fer un gift a meva parella to the restaurant of l'hotel per Menjar the menu of l'arròs i la veritat és that is spectacular. molt boo, unbelievable servei, atenció i plats molt elaborats. per a preu of 42 euros have a special complet i molt menu.

we are yearly visitors in this area of catalunya and try to treat ourselves to a meal in this restaurant every time we visit. the tasting menu and the rice menus offer the opportunity to try out some quality, locally produced products, but experiment with something. from the chef and his team, which leads to some wonderful aromas. we followed the journey of chef joan carles as we eat in his tapas bar (can falet) near l’estartit and continue to enjoy his kitchen. we are looking forward to visiting the next year!

like every year for these dates we came to this restaurant to taste the special rice menu. The dishes are very prepared as always and the rice of quality.What if we notice is a change in the service, the waiters and maitres were not those of the last years and this we noticed, since the treatment was very different, without there being any reason for the complaint.Only we notice the lack of experience and that we felt more at first than on this last occasion. This is no reason for us to repeat on other occasions.
