Food was delicious and service was excellent. Just thought the doors through to toilets could do with a clean/lick of paint.

fillet rossini was amazing would definitely recommend and will definitely go back for safe several time each eat iw had brilliant

Lovely Italian food, nice ambience, great location by canal. We shared mussels and garlic ciabatta to start, absolutely scrummy, I had chicken pasta and my wife had the fillet steak, both spot on. Host was a great character, informative and attentive.

We enjoyed our food very much and thought the service was excellent. It would be five stars if the exterior of the pub was a bit more loved and if there was a better choice of beers. However, the meal really was delicious and the...best meal out we’ve had in a long time. Cheers.

Visited this place to eat for the first time after recently moving into the area and it was great. Excellent food and also great service, really nice place which also has a lovely seating area outside on the canal for when the weather is nice....We will definitely be visiting again

This place gets the important things right. The wine and food reflect the Italian maitre d's knowledge of Italian restaurants. We had for the first time white wine as the Italians sometimes drink it, deliberately not chilled and really worth every penny. The food was...great although more veggie options would be good. The decor and lighting could be improved but don't let that put you off.

we were looking for a local Italian style to eat to celebrate a birthday. we ordered lasagne, meatballs with spaghetti, spa pages. the chips were ok, the service was ok, but the lasagne meatballs were dry. it seemed to be a lack of sauce in the lasagna and meatballs with spaghetti. we have many restaurants looking for good quality Italian food, I fear the plum fell short. we will not return

came here with some friends for a pre-Christmas meeting. we were the only people in the whole dining room that was nice for us, but a shame for what is a beautiful restaurant. I had the pollen cake and the lemon. Food...was absolutely delicious, piping hot and good portions. service was excellent, very friendly and attentive, without being overlaid. could be very recommend to come here and will be happy to visit again.

we decided to try this restaurant, as there are only a few decent Italian restaurants in our area. we have agreed for a light lunch and had the Pesch-Akteur, so we could measure the quality of the place for a possible future use. instead of the usual...Pub-Tarife, the menu was a bit different and we would be happy with what would be available for an evening meal in future. the selection of fish was very good and bread/oil was very enjoyed. the waitress was very friendly and wanted to help without being over the top. a real asset.
