"Sehr freundliche Bedienung und die Pizza war grandios. Sah erst etwas zu trocken aus, aber sie war knusprig und trotzdem saftig. Spricht für eine hohe Hydration und kurze Backzeit im Ofen.. und das schmeckt man auch! Definitiv einer der leckersten Pizzen, die ich gegessen habe. Ambiente ist auch schön, auch wenn die Stühle für einen langen Aufenthalt etwas unbequem sind. Ansonsten Tip top und ich komme gerne wieder!"

"Wir waren an Silvester dort. Das Essen war super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Kartoffelgratin leider zu salzig, konnte ich leider nicht aufessen, aber trotzdem lecker. Der Service super nett und insbesondere der Inhaber. Leider waren die Tische sehr beengt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das jeder noch so freie Platz ausgenutzt wurde. Deswegen war das Ambiente eher ungemütlich. 29,90€ ist schon eine üppige Summe für ein Buffet ohne Getränke. Da man nur 2 Stunden Zeit hatte, weil nach uns ab 19 Uhr noch welche gekommen sind, stand man unter druck um so viel zu essen dass es für 30€ sich dann auch lohnt. Am Ende hat es sich leider nicht gelohnt, weil die Getränke nicht inkludiert waren und man nicht genug Zeit zum Essen hatte."

"The restaurant in Barres Brauwelt is a beautiful rustic and cozy but very dark place. The ambience fits perfectly with a typical brewery place and above all with the versatility of decoration, which consists of all kinds of brewery. As regards food and beverages, the selection is not excessively creative or versatile, but very appealing. We were there for breakfast on Sunday, which is nicely prepared, but a little more choice could definitely not hurt. Nevertheless, everything is available, which necessarily belongs to a good breakfast, such as a sufficient selection of rolls, small croissants, cold cuts and cheese. I especially like the rolls that are freshly baked and have a really good quality. But also the fresh waffle vinegar or the delicious fruit salad make a really good impression and taste accordingly good. However, I lacked other sweets, margarine and a little more salad to perfect the otherwise quite round impression. For me, however, the weak point of the service was quite slow and very attentive. For example, the waffleless was initially refilled and the juice was also emptied several times without being filled. This would be possible more precisely because, for example, we were not even asked if we wanted something, not even when we arrived at the restaurant. In other words, the possibility of ordering coffee specialities also demanded their own use; but overall a beautiful place with original charm that will delight lovers of classic German cuisine."

"Ich war 2x auf Dienstreise dort und habe beide Male Steak und einen Salat (kein Beilagensalt) gegessen. Einmal war die Salatportion für den Preis zu klein. Zum Staek wird eine Art selbstgemachte Ajvar serviert, das eine Mal sehr lecker, das zweite Mal viel zu scharf. Vorweg wird ein kleiner Gruß aus der Küche serviert. Beim ersten Besuch war r einfallsreich und schmackhaft, beim zweiten Besuch gab es eine geröstete Scheibe Brot mit Majonaise. Da hab ich mich gefragt, was das soll. Die Qualität des Fleisches war sehr gut, der Preis aber eher in der höheren Kategorie. Für mich angemessen, da Qualität ihren Preis hat"

"Exceptionally well-run hotel. I'm professional at another hotel in Germany every day. Often there are houses where everything goes perfectly. Here the very motivated and friendly staff is very well managed. Despite great application and stress, people in the restaurant are always friendly and helpful. The food is always freshly cooked. They even brought the salad into my room. I would never have expected such a conversation despite the full restaurant. Also the spa is clean, comfortable, simple from the finest. Here the opening hours are very good. Of course, everything costs money, I'm aware of it, but only that's why I'm going to this hotel more often. For these reasons, I will definitely book this hotel 6x next year. I will also book the hotel because of the sauna offer, even if I have to drive extra larger Km-Bogen. Thank you for this in Germany."
