"We had the pleasure of visiting La Sorgente for a delightful Sunday family dinner during our stay at in Tuscany. Our experience was made even more enjoyable by the lovely waitress, Laura, who demonstrated exceptional kindness and went the extra mile to assist us with translations. Given our food allergies, the staff was impressively accommodating, ensuring our dining experience was both safe and enjoyable. Our culinary journey commenced with a delectable plate of local cheeses and meats, setting the stage for the culinary delights to come. The Florentine steak, a highlight of the evening, boasted a crispy exterior and impeccably cooked interior, leaving our taste buds in awe. The homemade pasta infused with truffles was nothing short of a revelation; it undoubtedly claimed the title of the best truffle pasta we've ever had. The generous amount of truffles in the dish elevated its flavors to another level. We were fortunate to witness the culinary mastery of the owner and chef, Michele, whose talent shone through every dish. In the end, our evening at La Sorgente was a truly wonderful and memorable experience, filled with exceptional food and warm hospitality."
