"Myself wife and son go to Faita daily in the Tonale resort every year. I often wonder why the mass's keep using the top of the mountain rest-stop where service is shocking and the crowds make for a hustle and bustle experience most skiers come to the mountains to avoid. Not to mention the prices they charge so you can fight for a table.. Faita situated mid mountain just on the edge of a red/blue run an opposite the lifts to the resorts biggest black runs Faita is situated in a tranquil environment were you can relax with family and friends and children are made most welcome. Fantastic service nothing too much trouble and fantastic food at reasonable prices. This has been our pit stop for 4 years and long may we continue to come here, we love it!"

"Buongiorno a tutti, io e il mio compagno volevamo riportare la nostra esperienza in questo ristorante pizzeria, che premettiamo, è stata al 100% positiva fin dal primo istante. Il nostro soggiorno a Ponte di legno è durato 9 gg ed abbiamo cenato/pranzato 6 gg qui, per cui abbiamo avuto anche modo di provare vari piatti, fare due parole con il personale ecc ed ogni volta non siamo mai andati via delusi o con la pancia vuota. I piatti sono una vera delizia per il palato perciò rinnovo i miei complimenti ai cuochi (vi lascio le immagini dei piatti manca quella della pizza che ho ahimè dimenticato di fotografare mi ci sono subito avventata, era troppo buona)!!! Cogliamo inoltre l'occasione per salutare tutto lo staff che si è sempre dimostrato gentile, educato e disposto a venire incontro alle esigenze, e soprattutto ringraziamo la signora Linda, che gestisce il posto con molto impegno e professionalità, anche in periodi molto intensi come può essere quello di agosto, dove c'è un via vai di gente continuo! Da parte nostra possiamo solo che consigliare il posto...noi sicuramente ci torneremo anche l'anno prossimo e nelle future occasioni in cui ci troveremo a Ponte grazie mille per tutto"

"Nice place even if the attention: do not confuse the menu “of the day” with that à la carte: you wrong the account and instead of 16€, I paid an egg to the truffle 45€, as from the menu to the card (but I had specified that of the sheet from the menu. There is a nice difference and I want to hope that the 45€ true one, not the same amount of what I was served: 1 egg in double cooking with some truffle scales and a parmesan cream (45€!!! ."

"Incuriosito dalle recensioni, abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante a pochi minuti dal centro di ponte in legno (frazione bassa). Dall’ingresso, l’intero ambiente rende “respirate” l’aria di montagna, ma la stanza dove ci siamo immersi con le pareti interamente in legno ha qualcosa di magico. i proprietari sono in prima linea sul servizio e si sono dimostrati super cordiale e professionale fin dall'inizio, garantendo un ritmo del corso perfetto. il menù offre una rosa di proposte tipiche della zona, tra cui specialità anche Valtellinesi (non perdere i lazzoccheri nella loro versione la carne cotta alla perfezione e in varianti non così convenzionali. non siamo stati in grado di arrivare al dessert (anche se ci hanno ispirato molto) ma insieme al caffè e amaro ci hanno portato un piccolo piatto di biscotti e cioccolato. un delizioso (e dolce) pasto finale! prezzi non adeguatamente bassi, ma le porzioni sono di tutto rispetto e la qualità ancora di più. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (circa 45-50€ a testa con due portate e vino). sicuramente un ristorante da consigliare se siete nella zona. chiedere un tavolo nella camera “tutti i boschi“ (e godere la loro focaccia fatta in casa"

"To be honest we didn’t even get a chance to try this restaurant, the only thing we got to experience was their hospitality and customer service, which was terrible, so in my experience, I wouldn’t recommend. My sister and my mom wanted to take me to this place for the longest time so since I was finally visiting Italy we reserved a table on a Sunday for lunch. We get there and we were turned away fist by the host, then by the owner/manager I’m assuming, because we had a dog with us, which by the way was 1 a small chihuahua in a stroller 2 a certified service animal that has to be with me at all times 3 there’s a law in Italy now that you can bring your dogs anywhere. They didn’t even give us a chance to try and work with us on this, we were just turned away with very cold manners. I guess these people don’t care about having customers and making money, since, to be completely honest, the place wasn’t overcrowded at all, maybe 3 tables were full, which maybe thinking about it now, it was a red flag, since all other restaurants around Temu and Ponte di Legno were all booked. Luckily, there’s plenty of other amazing restaurants in Ponte di Legno and we ended up having a lovely lunch in another place where we were welcomed with way nicer manners :"
