"we were eating on my birthday in Piedmont. we wanted to get something special and have ordered the T-Bone steak on the hot plate for 2 people. my man ordered the T-Bone extra rare, as it still rests on the plate. the service meant this was not a problem, we could determine the degree of meat completely by themselves.As the hot plate with the tbone came immediately that the meat was rather well done. the pink core was barely existent. not acceptable as we had ordered extra rare. we took the meat from the plate so that the evenness was not even worse and I said the service that the meat was well done, although we had demanded it rare. she said we should have left the meat on the plate for longer. I explained to her that we wanted the meat rare, so ****, and the longer cook on the plate would make the meat even less ****. she just apologized for being tied up and went. no offer that meat to grill again or otherwise bring us as healed. because we were on the way with a bigger group and all others already ate, we tried to eat the best garden pieces meat and left the rest.Also when the teller was cleared, no longer was said to the completely wrong garden steak. only later we were offered a schnapps as compensation. but since we both drink little alcohol and I did not really feel like a 3€ schnapps for a 45€ steak we declined. At the end the bill came and it was not even a little discounted or at least that dessert taken from the bill. When I spoke the service on it, she was still cheeky and maulted me, I shouldn't have eaten the meat, a mistake of the degree of garness could happen.Yes, a part of the meat was a mistake. but since the service after our complaining before eating neither an ersatz nor a new steak offered us we were slightly irritated and let us intimidate.Tespite that, you should deal with guests differently, because it still makes the ton the music. I would have liked a more friendly way around with us and our problem. we were neither cheeky nor presumptuous, just quite disappointed that my birthday ended so much.Leider an experience we never want to repeat."

"Any time I go there I am very pleased with the quality of the food. Especially with the dishes on the special card written on the blackboard outside. Delicious. And the service is very good, but informal just as I like it. And if...you have been there more than twice it is also very personal. I love to go there with my family and child as well as with my customers and everytime everybody is really pleased."

"Leider ganz anders als in den Bewertungen zu vermuten und y erhofft .. 5,20 Euro für 0,4 Cola sind schon arg sportlich … die Speisen waren lecker , aber die Portionen klein .. für die Tochter ne Pizza Margarita bestellt aber dann doch den vollen Preis für ne andere Pizza berechnet bekommen … Absolutes no Go war aber die ewige raucherei vom ganzen Personal … wenn sie nicht grade bedienten… jeder aber wirklich grad jeder war da permanent am rauchen . Super wenn man unter einem großen Schirm sitzt und die Luft dort steht . Fazit .. wir kommen nicht wieder"

"2 stars for the kindness of service. Unfortunately, the good recessions cannot understand. The portion of a (vegetarian) main dish was quite small and has not made enough. The ambience is not welcoming, it is very full, the tablecloths were not clean and in the corner stands grumbling. We always have to wait a long time (each 15 minutes for drinks and the bill). The food was average but not outstanding."

"ich habe heute eine Pizza “to go” bestellt. Nr. 49 Pizza Ankara mit zusätzlichen Frischkäse und Pilzen, angegebene Wartezeit 30 min. Was wirklich okay ist für Samstag abends! Nach ca. 45 min war meine Pizza fertig, nur leider hatte die Dame bei der ich die Pizza bestellte und bezahlte die 9 wohl etwas undeutlich geschrieben, so das der Pizzabäcker eine 3 las und somit die Nr. 43 auf mich wartete. Nach weiteren ca. 15 min hatte ich meine Pizza und bin nach Hause gegangen. Ein Blick in die Karte die ich mir mitgenommen habe verriet mir nicht die Preise für die Extras, diese fand ich über die Homepage bei der online Bestellung: 8,30 € die Pizza 1,00 € für Frischkäse 0,50 € für Pilze 9,80€ mir wurden 10,80 € berechnet. Ich habe dann angerufen und dies moniert, mir wurde angeboten das ich mir meinen 1 € abholen könnte (bester Witz des Tages) oder mit der nächsten Bestellung verrechnen könnte! Fehler sind menschlich heute aber ein Fehler nach dem anderen, da liegt mir die Pizza schwer im Magen! 10,20% versteckte Preiserhöhung….. trotzdem war die Pizza lecker (siehe Bild) Update: ich habe mir meinen 1,00 € abgeholt ohne Probleme! deshalb von 2 auf 3 Sterne"
