"last year in september. my man in allegro has ordered the rattherrenteller for 16 € (now 17 €). that was very great! crispy bratkartoffeln, parented small, tasty mushrooms, juicy filet ... also my fish plate was really delicious at that time. three months. later I ordered the rat plate and was disappointed! dry. meat, little on the teller, no crazy. tasty. but today I was a third time with my daughter, wanted to give us something. but now I'm cured! my spatula plate (for €16.50) consisted of 6 medium long, thin spatula sticks, which somehow bitterly tasted. the (probably self-made sauce hollond. was eventegelb, raw looked, tasted unpleasant sweet crazy, but as if it were already bad. in the case of the complaining one was sworn, differently tasted. so: zero criminal the gasse has no chance. the red bratfilet my daughter was very, very fat/oily, the salat was plentiful, but nix fresh all for 15,50 €. they were sick all afternoon after eating. the 0.2 l drinks cost there 2.20! at the end of our critique, in which did two different chefs have caught the wrong two times in the work. for me it was the last time! from the püommesbude I would have gone to home twice as happy!"

"Im Rahmen des Menükarussel waren wir in einigen Restaurants und nun im Stromberg. Dies war das 2te mal im Stromberg. Das erste Mal war deutlich besser. Optisch ist es sehr hübsch und alles ist recht freundlich die Leute dort sind nett. Daher hoffe ich, dass der Besuch am 30.03.2017 nur ein Ausrutscher war. 4 Gänge insgesamt. Runde 1 Allerlei von Wachtel und Rotkohl mit kandierten Nüssen. Es sah super aus, eine kleine gebratene Wachtelbrust und eine kleiner Wachtelbollen hübsch glasiert. Ein Rotkohlsalat und ein Rotkohlsüppchen. Der Wachtelbollen war mein erstes Ziel, dann die Überraschung, die Glasur war leicht warm der Rest kalt und roh. Ich war überrascht, ich war nicht auf roh eingestellt. Das wurde so nicht angekündigt und stand auch nirgends. Ich hab nicht grundsätzlich was gegen roh, ich hätte es nur gerne vorher gewusst. Das war kein schönes Mundgefühl, geschmacklich nichts und optisch starte ich nun auf den kleinen Knochen mit dem nun deutlich sichtbaren Struckturen des rohen Muskelfleisch. Kein schöner Anblick. Das hatte was von “ich obduziere ein Wachtelbein“ Dabei wollte ich nur nett essen gehen. Na gut ab an den Rand, meine 2 Mitstreiter waren gleicher Meinung. Die Brust war rosa gebraten und top. Der Rotkohlsalat knackig aber ohne Pfiff und fade ich hab das kleine Süppchen als letztes getrunken und mich eigentlich nur darüber gefreut das es warm war, das ist eindeutig nicht genug Begeisterung. Die Kellnerin fragten wir nach dem Wachtelbollen. Das war die Überraschung Teil 2 zu dem Wachtelbollen. Die Kellnerin sagte, der sei geschmort und würde nur den Eindruck hinterlassen als sei er roh. Ach so ist das. Ich dachte immer schmoren bedeutet anbraten und dann längere Zeit weiter köcheln lassen. Das man damit Fleisch erscheinen lassen kann, als wäre es roh ist mir neu. Das ist ja wohl mal nix, wenn Sie gesagt hätte sie wüsste es nicht oder sie fragt nach hätte ich damit deutlich besser leben können. Runde 2 Knuspriger Zander mit warmem Kürbis-Steckrüben-Salat, Kürbiseis und Würz-Cracker. Liest sich gut, schmeckt besser. Das Eis war kalt und cremig neben dem Salt und passte wirklich hervorragend da rein, der Zander war gut. Runde 3 Rosa gebratener Kalbstafelspitz mit Ackergold, gebackenem Schmorfleisch-Grissini und Gremolata. Der Tafelspitz war prima (Sous-vide gegart und kurz angebraten) ein Traum. Die Kartoffeln waren teilweise sehr fest und fade, der Rest war ok. Runde 4 Apfel-Nuß-Crumble mit Snickerseis, Nougatcreme und Calvados. Ich LIEBE Dessert, das ist der Abschluss und der kann für viel entschädigen was vorher nicht perfekt war. Ein Dessert muss gut sein, man hat ja schon 3 Gänge hinter sich und man möchte sich ja keine unnötigen Kalorien reinschrauben wenn man eigentlich schon gut gesättigt ist. Der Calvadosschaum war nett, die Nougatcreme war auch nett aber zur hälfte fest und zur hälfte verlaufen. Das Snickerseis war ein Erdnusseis nichts anderes und der Apfel-Nuß-Crumble war einfach nur fies. Hatte was von so einem großen weichen Cookie viel zu flach, Tendenz matschig. Mit anderen Worten ich hab mehr als die hälfte stehen lassen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern wann ich so was schon mal gemacht habe. Am Menü hat einfach zuviel nicht gepasst. Ich habe zu oft das Wort fade benutzen müssen, das sollte nicht sein. Nicht bei einem Restaurant, das einen so guten Ruf hat. Da hat man ja auch Erwartungen und möchte das das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt."

"Seven of us ordered food, all of us were completely disappointed. The cheap pizza from Aldi had better toppings, wasn't so dry and tasted better. Completely dark. Pasta in cream sauce didn't taste like anything. We haven't eaten so badly in ages! After we called about the black pizza, it was normal because of mozzarella cheese. €9.50 for a black tuna pizza is a joke. Never again, we are very disappointed! Something can happen once, but not when you eat 7 people in one order. If you want to eat well, not here. One star is too many!
