Staff very friendly, food very good, the decor needs updating which we have been told is happening very soon which is great news!!!

We were invited to attend our friend's daughter's 6th birthday party at a pizza making class! The kids had a fantastic time, the event was well organized and enjoyable from beginning to end, and they especially enjoyed eating the tasty pizzas afterwards. I highly recommend it.

Dreadful experience. Made to feel immediately like we were a problem for bringing a 3 month old baby in with a pram and taking up precious space as we were insisting according to the manager about keeping baby in pram! Have been quite a few times without baby but made to feel very very unwelcome. Walked out.

Went to a kids birthday party as a guest, it was absolutely brilliant. Farouk was a fantastic host and entertainer. I work with children so I have very high standards for party entertainers! The rest of the staff were also brilliant, the whole event ran flawlessly. So much fun and fantastic food. Great value for money it seems too! Voir le carte

I went to this restaurant for lunch with my daughter and four-year-old grandson. The staff were very friendly and great with my grandson. We ordered pizza and dessert, both of which were excellent. The service was a bit slow, but we later learned that there was a large delivery order causing the delay. Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party with 9 of her friends from school. The booking was smooth, the host was excellent. Cool, calm, funny and engaging. The children were hooked and listened to every instruction, excited by the whole experience. As a parent, we were relaxed and happy that everything went so well. I can't thank you enough and honestly thought it was excellent value for money too. Who doesn't love Pizza Express!!! Thanks to all the Banstead team, for an amazing time and you really made my daughter and her friends day

Ellie (I hope that’s correct was our host, she is a credit to the team friendly, polite, knew the menu very well, her recommendations were my niece (11 is a fussy eater, Ellie made her feel inclusive recommended a pizza that she loved. My eldest daughter sent a calzone back as she didn’t like the traditional base to well done, without fuss our host delivered fabulous customer service (the chef too all the food was delicious the atmosphere vibrant welcoming. All the ladies hosting (we didn’t get served by any males were happy smiling tentative friendly.
