Would be nice to eat together ...brought me the wrong dish. Looks like I'm going to eat solo. Nothing more of putting

Staff were typically friendly and helpful but waiting 45mins for some basic pizzas is too long and is at odds with the name of the restaurant. Have they prioritised the customers who are sitting inside the restaurant with the endless stream of riders collecting orders for take away customers correctly? A disappointing experience. The food was ok but I was massively let down by the service, waited an hour for a grain bowl. Which I could tolerate if I didn't have to continually stand up and approach a member of staff to get a glimmer of service. This is one restaurant Nottingham can definitely live without. There are cheaper venues with food and service that make this place look low-grade.

Absolute shambles of an outfit. Rang up after not receiving my order after waiting an hour. VERY unhelpful, unapologetic manager who said he couldn't do anything and I would need to speak to customer service. A once loyal pizza express customer who used to visit most of the restaurants around the county at least once a week with large parties whilst touring into arenas and theatres.

We had a family lunch here before the theatre… the pizza was ok… tasty, but lacked topping.. could add more… not sure if restaurants are cutting back? The staff were lovely and our waitress was so attentive! My son enjoyed his food… he was looking forward to his rainbow lolly… but didn’t like the taste… it had veg in it??? Come on everyone … find a 5 year who wants veg in their ice lolly! … Voir le carte

In the past few days, I visited the restaurant with my family. After dinner, I requested the bill and asked for the usual discount offered by the establishment. I was informed that, to receive the discount, I would need to download an app called UNiDAYS. On previous visits, I was always very well attended by a Portuguese employee and never had to download any app to receive the discounts offered by the restaurant.

My wife and I went to this restaurant during a day trip to Nottingham because she was craving pizza. The restaurant had a nice decor with plenty of space between tables so it didn't feel crowded. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly. We ordered a pizza, a Caesar salad, halloumi bites, and some dough balls, all of which were delicious. I also appreciated the option to pay and earn rewards through the app. If I find myself in Nottingham again, I would definitely come back to this restaurant.

The manager at this restaurant did not inquire about any allergies or provide alternative menus. We were seated at a table where staff kept bumping into my chair in the dark. It took 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and it required multiple attempts to indicate our drink preference as the server was preoccupied with other tables. The starters arrived promptly, but there was excessive garlic butter. The plates were cleared 25 minutes after we finished the starters, followed by the arrival of the mains. Pepper was carelessly dumped on our table. Due to the noisy and dim environment, we ate quickly and paid using the app to expedite our departure. We will not be returning to this estab...
