"I am disgusted, disappointed and horrified by the lack of skills the staff members display. I have visited Pizza express more than three times to dine in and eat. I have been rejected each of those times (while I can clearly see other customers dining in) I have asked why, and I am told by 9pm they don’t dine customers in, so I came today at 8:30 instead and no surprise..I was told now they have changed dining in timings to 8:30? Anyway if that’s the case then why is the customer service it self so appalling? The staff members aren’t welcoming, they aren’t apologetic or resort to a solution they’re beyond rude and arrogant. I have read countless 1 star reviews about this Pizza express and it seriously needs to be looked into. Your staff need training."

Over priced, very average food. Deceptive big promotion outside claiming deals which they do not honour or explain. Overall left feeling ripped off and dissatisfied

The pizzas here are not good and terrible value for money. Will not return. The GF options seem raw also and is a terrible example of GF food. Really unappetising. Sorry, but very poor. Voir le carte

The food was as you would expect from this chain.... generally pretty good. The venue is quaint and the location is lovely. The service was a little on the slow side though, not terrible, but could definitely be better.

Service was good, food was good however the manager on shift (I’m guessing because he was useless) looked at the door where people were stood and walked away. Went upstairs ate food and left two waiters on the floor to serve by themselves. This isn’t a manager. This is someone who is getting a pay check to be lazy
