"This is a very busy branch given location with a lot of seating. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Thankfully not too busy on a hot Saturday afternoon and perfect for a late lunch. Clean. You know the menu! Pizza, salads, desserts and more. Good choice for those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. Nutritional information is displayed which is helpful. Not a lot of options for pasta so go elsewhere if it is pasta you want. Reasonably clean. The girl that served me was lovely. Very sweet and attentive. They have wifi too. I had the Garlic Prawn pizza with butterflied garlic king prawns on an Italian tomato base, with mozzarella, red onion and baby plum tomatoes. Finished with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon. I had a Classic Pizza base which I prefer. Pizza was delicious. Perfectly presented and generous with toppings. Nice. Perfect with the Elderflower Mint Sparkle to drink. Two small negatives. Although the pizza was freshly made and tasty, it could have been warmer. It felt a little like 'cold pizza '. When I wanted to pay, another gentleman was helping me who wasn 't as friendly as his colleague! Would recommend otherwise. They are very busy at peak meal times and tend to attract a lot of families so avoid these times if you can."

It's a standard Pizza Express near Baker Street station. Pretty good food, a little expensive, but it's usual for this place. Service was pretty good. Would be better if there were more non Pizza options.

Came here for lunch as it is very close to Madame Tussauds, which we were visiting. Not particularly busy, and could get a table at midday easily enough, indeed they had a whole other floor downstairs not in use, so capacity not a problem. Service was efficient, friendly in a stern kind of way, but perfectly acceptable. Food seemed a little expensive (maybe the location) but was very tasty and well received. Would have no problem coming back here if in the area.

They are using cheap oil: on the tables there are bottles of chili and garlic infused oils not of good olive oil though, but some cheap colas or sunflower oil (not quite so impressive: cheap oil infused with a variety of flavors) then when I asked them to bring me some olive oil (to drizzle over my pizza salad) indeed another bottle was brought to me (with an olive oil taste better OK) but still this was not virgin extra virgin oil, but some (cheap) refined olive oil (that one uses for cooking normally) hey, I for sure paid a not quite some money. This would not happen to me in Paris! Voir le carte

I was catching up with a good friend and we decided to have dinner at this restaurant in Baker Street so we placed a reservation On arrival they honoured our reservation, showed us to our table and were prompt with their service. Even though they did say they may be bit slow because they are very busy. We ordered our drinks and our food which arrived promptly too. Although whilst eating our pizzas we realised they forgot to serve us the green olives we ordered too. And the tiny slap on the face was they tried to charge us for it too. Luckily me and my friend noticed and pointed it out, and the gentleman who served us sincerely apologised and took it off the bill for us and even acknowledged...

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
