Perfect mothers day afternoon tea...staff are so friendly..felt welcomed snd comfortable. Recommend this place 100%. Beautiful interior.

I wasn't impressed by the food hereBy looking at my lasagne, you could see it had been heated in the microwaveIt tasted ok, but nothing special.

officially my new favorite dessert place. the waffeln were so beautiful and soft, by far the best I had in birmingham. the personal was also very friendly and the decor is beautiful. definitely worth a visit

visited pirlo unplanned, parking was difficult to find due to the location. the dessert lounge has beautiful antique decoration, was visited immediately, ordered a keksteig and crepp, both were delicious and well presented, fast service and friendly staff, definitely recommended.

Pleasant afternoon out with the girls, we went for the afternoon tea and it was such a nice experience, the atmosphere and music was nice, the staff were also attentive. Food portion may look less but honestly it was very filling, the white hot chocolate was soo nice and creamy, I loved it would go ago just for that!! Voir le carte

every time I have been here, I have relatiw sitting fast, even if it is too peak times, great service (think that my brother picky with his desserts he likes his own mix 9/10 times it will not be on the menu he will make it as he worked in a dessert place he knows what he wants and how he wants it) and eating without mistake never got disappointed

I visited with a friend last week and we were served by a very friendly attendant (I can’t remember her name but she was of Syrian origin I believe). We were given free reign to choose any of the seating we desired and I must compliment the entire team on the high quality decor and levels of cleanliness. I ordered a vegan Oreo milkshake and it was DELICIOUS it tasted better than most non vegan (dairy) shakes I had years ago. Absolutely fantastic. Service was swift and and friendly, desserts were delicious and pricing was good too. Keep up the fantastic work.

a 5* for me. I decided with the mrs and the family where to go and remember this place I wanted to try. large customer service as soon as they get in, led us to a table where they scan after the menu. really beautiful decoration. we have the Choc’o’Holic crepe, crepe escape, brownie eis, pfannkuchen, oreo shake and a strawberry mojito. the desserts were really delicious and fresh, especially the crepes, the Gelato pots were delicious, strawberry mojito refreshing, the Oreo pot was also beautiful and the brownies were beautiful, warm and fresh. definitely recommend.
