"I have visited 4 restaurants during my beard stay, and this has been the best. food with menu service, with varied options very well executed. I treated the rice in the oven with chipirones and lamb canelones. Both very good dishes. Dinner card service and suggestions. I rested with shrimp (such as shrimp) and with a slightly spicy mayonnaise, a sprout sprout and a low-temperature octopus leg with a touch of iron on the grill. Very good. the service is very attentive and cordial. Very good choice, though there is something hidden. I will definitely come back."

"Buena opción para comer a la brasa en Barbastro El restaurante Ordesa es una brasearía ubicada en Barbastro, próximo a la estación de autobuses. El comedor de localiza en la planta de arribar, donde dispone de las brasas de carbón, donde se preparan los platos de asado. En su menú del día, de los mejores calidad precio en Barbastro, se prepara la tradicional longaniza de Graus, que nunca falta como opción de segundo en su menú del día. Abierto todos los días, menos el domingo, dispone de varios menús, donde el económico es el mas consumido por su clientela habitual (trabajadores de la zona, vecinos o familias de Barbastro). Su menú del día destaca por la variedad de carnes a la brasa de segundo (conejo, pollo, lomo, secreto, churrasco y la longaniza de Graus), todos los platos cocinados en las brasas visibles desde el comedor, Variedad también de primero, que incluyen el famoso tomate de Barbastro, así como una completa ensalada mixta. La comida se puede acompañar por un más que correcto vino joven del somontano de bodegas Bestué. De postre variedad de tartas industriales. Comedor amplio de techos bajos, sin olor a humo pese a estar las brasas en el comedor. Atención agradable del dueño y su família."

"We had dinner for two here on Monday night, after having been frustrated on Sunday night when almost everything in Barbastro is closed. The nice thing about Ramon is that they open their comedor already at 8:30, as opposed to 9:00 for most other places....We discovered that they had a three-course menu with fish and meat choices for below 20 Euros, including coffee, water, and wine. We had a very nice dining experience, after entering at 8:30 ahead of everybody else. The restaurant on the 2nd floor (1st floor for Europeans) is very stylish and classy. It helps to speak Spanish in this place, and the waitress seemed to warm up to my efforts to make myself understood in the local language. We were served bread with four different olive oils while waiting for our first course to appear. Everything was delicious. The ice cream dessert was outstanding, and we were offered an herb liqueur on the house by a friendly waiter, after coffee. They ended up charging extra for wine, but only 3 Euros per glass, and the wine was outstanding (a locally produced 2019 Bruxelles competition winner). It was probably a misunderstanding, since I had ordered the wine list and had not just stayed with the standard house wine."
