After discovering this gem last year I have returned many times. The pizza is sooo good! And the prices are very reasonable. Student friendly

I visited Pinocchios last night based on a friend's recommendation. I had a wonderful meal - the risotto was the best I've ever had! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were fantastic.

Lovely food, so much to choose from! Cocktails were really good. We were served very quickly, even though the restaurant was full the friendly staff worked hard were extremely attentive. We received excellent service.

Really enjoyed dinner here Saturday night as a group of four. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had amazing service, friendly staff, great food and drinks! Menu is vast with something for everyone, also caters for all sorts of dietary requirements. Food is all fresh, portions are of s good size and full of flavours If you want a great authentic Italian dinner then this is the place to go

Delicious food, warm welcome and a very good wine list. Every dish is beautifully presented and so tasty. The starter with snails is a particular favourite as is the subtly flavoured calves liver Fegato alla Pinocchio. The liver is perfectly cooked, soft and slightly pink (although the chef is happy to prepare it to your liking) with a piquant sauce. Many thanks to all staff both front of house and in the kitchen for a delightful evening.

Like stepping into Italy, Pinocchios what a gem to find! This was our second visit and it certainly won't be our last! Beautiful settling, amazing food and fantastic service. I celebrated my 30th birthday with friends and family, we pre ordered our food but everything was brought out in good time with enough gap in between courses, drinks flowing with lovely cocktails to enjoy and even got a birthday plate whilst the whole restaurant sang! Even after closing time there was no pushing us out the door, would highly recommend! Look forward to booking a table soon at the finest Italian in Norwich! Grazie

Visited Saturday evening, meal was lovely, staff not so....just no meet and greet, no pleasantries, not even to ask if everything was alright with our food. The waitress, a young girl did not smile once.... clearly she is not tin the right job role. The guy was no better who brought our drinks, I went to move the plates and knocked a glass, it did not spill but he tutted. The food was lovely, drinks over priced, our bill was £160 for 4 of us including the 10% service charge, which I paid due to the food being nice, the service itself was not so great...I wondered if they do the service charge otherwise they may not receive any tips. I don't think I would go back due to the lack of hospitalit...

Firstly... this is good honest food. Fresh and healthy ish (depending on what you order). The decor is a satisfying faux Mediterranean, although quite dark if the sun isn't out. We ordered the mussels to start and although the portion wasn't huge the accompanying sauce was outstanding. A rich tomato sauce with a very generous helping of heat. Respect to the chef for having the gall to add a decent amount chilli to a dish. This was the stand out part of the meal. The pizza was fine... tasty but a also little tough and hard to cut with a knife, so not as light or fluffy as I had hoped for. The cannelloni was fine, no complaints but also somewhat forgettable... I guess we expect a little more f...
