"First of all: Pino is always our first choice when it comes to pizzas. Our favorite pizzas are the vegan salami pizza and the magic mushroom pizza both vegan creations that really impress us every time. Since we live nearby, we have picked up our own food there several times and it worked without any problems each time. A few weeks ago we felt like eating in a restaurant. We reserved online and got there on time. It was busy so we were asked to wait a moment. 10 minutes ! later we were able to get to our table. In general everything went very slowly, everything seemed very chaotic and the atmosphere wasn't really nice due to the high volume. However, we understand that it can be crowded and loud and that sometimes employees simply have a bad day. So yesterday we wanted to try it again. We had reserved a table outside. As we were just getting in the door, it started to rain quite heavily, so we left the entrance area and walked towards the counter so that the visitors from outside could all come in. A staff member then began assigning everyone new tables inside. However, he didn't start with us we were almost at the front , but distributed everyone else first. That didn't bother us at first because we weren't under any time pressure. But when he had served the last people in line, he simply walked away, even though we were obviously waiting in line too and were basically standing in the middle of the room if he missed us, it's really a mystery to us how . We then went to the counter and asked another employee if there was still a table available, we had reserved, then we were told no, only the counter seats which were currently occupied were still free. We then waited about 5 minutes before we decided to take the pizzas with us because it didn't look like there would be a seat for us soon that was already 20 minutes after our actual reservation . As already said, we understand that a restaurant can be busy and sometimes unexpected things such as sudden heavy rain can arise. However, we are of the opinion that a good restaurant or the employees should, in addition to delicious food, also be able to react appropriately to such situations and not break out into total chaos, let alone forget/overlook customers. We can recommend Pino's delicious pizzas to everyone, but we recommend either using the delivery service or, best of all, taking the pizzas away so you can enjoy them at home instead of having to endure this uncoordinated service."

Great pizza, nice service! It took a little longer that day, but it was fully booked! It's Grombühl outside, but very nicely decorated inside. Best pizza in the Würzburg area!

The pizza from Pino is hands down my favorite in Würzburg. Unfortunately, I've had issues with reservations on two occasions. While the girl at the front genuinely tried to resolve the situation, some of the other staff were quite unprofessional in handling it... : Voir le carte

Tiramisu was not tasty, too moist and pistachio cream very artificial. The pizza was okay. We waited over half an hour for the pizzas. Tiramisu came quicker than espresso, which was also weird. When I asked the woman if espresso was still coming, she said: Yes, I think so, I didn 't think that was a good answer at all. Wouldn 't come here a second time.

The pizzas are really good. However, we have noticed for a long time that the price-performance ratio for the starters is no longer right. The Gnocco Fritto, for example, is only half the portion (at the same price) compared to about half a year ago. The arancini for 9€ are 3 mini balls with a hint of ragu and 4 olives, which we don't think is justified either in terms of taste or price. But service is okay.
