"The pizzeria was recommended to us as the best in Würzburg, so we had to try it out and the conclusion was mixed. The pizzas are somehow special, not standard. The ingredients are absolutely high quality, the dough is airy and fluffy and tastes really good. However, two of the three pizzas were pretty soggy, so the bottom wasn 't crispy, but rather mushy and soft. According to my personal taste, the consistency of a pizza must be such that you can eat it in your hand. That wasn 't the case here. The ambience is this very modern hipster style , but also seems a bit barren and cold. But that too is a matter of taste. Overall, I don 't really want to criticize the Pino, but it really depends on your own preferences and we probably won 't go there again."

Unfortunately I don't like the guest policy, we had to leave after 1.5 hours even though we were celebrating a birthday. After we finished our pizzas we were asked to leave. We had no chance to digest, let alone order coffee/dessert. We have always enjoyed it so far, but found the visit last time unenjoyable because it was supposed to be a relaxed meeting. It used to be our favorite store. It's a shame, maybe something will change. P.S. I understand that due to high demand, many guests want to come. However, all three of us felt like customers and not guests.
