"First of all: Pino is always our first choice when it comes to pizzas. Our favorite pizzas are the vegan salami pizza and the magic mushroom pizza both vegan creations that really impress us every time. Since we live nearby, we have picked up our own food there several times and it worked without any problems each time. A few weeks ago we felt like eating in a restaurant. We reserved online and got there on time. It was busy so we were asked to wait a moment. 10 minutes ! later we were able to get to our table. In general everything went very slowly, everything seemed very chaotic and the atmosphere wasn't really nice due to the high volume. However, we understand that it can be crowded and loud and that sometimes employees simply have a bad day. So yesterday we wanted to try it again. We had reserved a table outside. As we were just getting in the door, it started to rain quite heavily, so we left the entrance area and walked towards the counter so that the visitors from outside could all come in. A staff member then began assigning everyone new tables inside. However, he didn't start with us we were almost at the front , but distributed everyone else first. That didn't bother us at first because we weren't under any time pressure. But when he had served the last people in line, he simply walked away, even though we were obviously waiting in line too and were basically standing in the middle of the room if he missed us, it's really a mystery to us how . We then went to the counter and asked another employee if there was still a table available, we had reserved, then we were told no, only the counter seats which were currently occupied were still free. We then waited about 5 minutes before we decided to take the pizzas with us because it didn't look like there would be a seat for us soon that was already 20 minutes after our actual reservation . As already said, we understand that a restaurant can be busy and sometimes unexpected things such as sudden heavy rain can arise. However, we are of the opinion that a good restaurant or the employees should, in addition to delicious food, also be able to react appropriately to such situations and not break out into total chaos, let alone forget/overlook customers. We can recommend Pino's delicious pizzas to everyone, but we recommend either using the delivery service or, best of all, taking the pizzas away so you can enjoy them at home instead of having to endure this uncoordinated service."

"real french green sauce in ürzburg ???? ... after I took you on a city tour in würzburg, the residenz and the hof garden showed you to the lusamgärtlein and had led you to two very beautiful fountains in wortzburg, it is time to eat something defty. we were having a 9-headed group to dine here at noon and sat in the beautiful beer garden with magnificent view of the main. a colleague who had organized the outing for us. I myself might not have favored this locally with a look at the one or other evaluation on relevant portals. to take it forward: it would have been a big mistake not to choose it locally. we were kind and courteously served by the humorous owner and it was all to our highest satisfaction. first, the drinks were served in a reasonable time and also for eating we did not have to wait excessively long. the kind-bourgeois kitchen wounded us all very and gradually it became quite quiet at the table. The tellers were finally as licked, as good as it was. seldom had such a unity over the food on a trip. we already have some very sensitive fine-smellers among us! so the white carving with the homemade potato salad was as it must be: thin, crusty in the pan baked in plenty of fat. that was a so huge portion that our men's problems had to eat up at all. I had the red fin with potato puree and summer vegetables a dream and the fish in a thin-thin crunchy, as I have experienced. the sweet was crunchy fresh. even the regional citizen was made himself, huge and neat . no trace of soße from the eimer and the usual convenient trash. everything was freshly cooked. we and these are nine people can recommend the jahnterassen unrestricted! at the next trip to würzburg there is only one address to dine, especially since the parking spaces are also available in a plentiful selection in front of the house door ... the prices are moderate. our dishes were between 10 12 €, you can't mug. and what does it have with the French green sauce? there is actually here, because the wet comes from frankfurt. ; the green sauce should be quite excellent as a worker told me on the following day, as she had ordered a court with green sauce. moment, I had forgotten something: the toilets are very modern and very clean clean clean clean clean cleansers! update from October 2014: as I will come again in Wurzburg, this time I will show us several days in the pleasure. after a great walk through the old town and over the main bridge, which was very busy on Sunday morning, on which traveling musicians entertained the passers-by and this again weeping and spring drinking the moderate autumn weather and enjoyed the magnificent views of marienburg and old town, we returned full of expectation and I remembered in the restaurant. the day card promised fresh, refined fish dishes. but we decided for the classics. it was all good again. on the way the fresh squirrel soup and pumpkin soup, the squeak with sour wort and cash for it as well as the real white carving with self-made squirrel salad for me. for the dessert we approved ourselves instead of a dessert a Franconian obstler williams christ birne. Conclusion: it stays with the 5 stars!"
