"We ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening and it was very busy, we were lucky to get a table. Be sure to reserve in advance on weekends! We had the mam mam burger and the spicy sriracha burger and sweet potato fries with avocado dip. Both burgers were nothing special in terms of taste, the toppings were poor (2 leaves of iceberg lettuce, 2 gherkins, some onions, a very dark pattie, and some sauce) and carelessly placed on the burger, and it wasn't really hot anymore. There wasn't much of a difference between the burgers. In terms of taste and appearance, it's no better than various fast food chains. On top of that, we waited over 35 minutes for our food, which was incredibly long for a restaurant that only serves burgers. The price is also way too expensive for what you get, we paid €36 for our meal plus two drinks. The ambience also has more of a fast food vibe, as everything is very sterile. It was also very loud. Maybe enough for lunch, as it's cheaper then. But if you want to eat a delicious burger in the evening and stay seated for a while, it's better to go somewhere else."

"Unfortunately, despite reservations, we had to wait 20 minutes until we got to our table. 45 minutes until we got the first drink and 60 minutes until breakfast was ready. The French toasts were not brought to the end. "First of all: Pino is always our first choice when it comes to pizzas. Our favorite pizzas are the vegan salami pizza and the magic mushroom pizza both vegan creations that really impress us every time. Since we live nearby, we have picked up our own food there several times and it worked without any problems each time. A few weeks ago we felt like eating in a restaurant. We reserved online and got there on time. It was busy so we were asked to wait a moment. 10 minutes ! later we were able to get to our table. In general everything went very slowly, everything seemed very chaotic and the atmosphere wasn't really nice due to the high volume. However, we understand that it can be crowded and loud and that sometimes employees simply have a bad day. So yesterday we wanted to try it again. We had reserved a table outside. As we were just getting in the door, it started to rain quite heavily, so we left the entrance area and walked towards the counter so that the visitors from outside could all come in. A staff member then began assigning everyone new tables inside. However, he didn't start with us we were almost at the front , but distributed everyone else first. That didn't bother us at first because we weren't under any time pressure. But when he had served the last people in line, he simply walked away, even though we were obviously waiting in line too and were basically standing in the middle of the room if he missed us, it's really a mystery to us how . We then went to the counter and asked another employee if there was still a table available, we had reserved, then we were told no, only the counter seats which were currently occupied were still free. We then waited about 5 minutes before we decided to take the pizzas with us because it didn't look like there would be a seat for us soon that was already 20 minutes after our actual reservation . As already said, we understand that a restaurant can be busy and sometimes unexpected things such as sudden heavy rain can arise. However, we are of the opinion that a good restaurant or the employees should, in addition to delicious food, also be able to react appropriately to such situations and not break out into total chaos, let alone forget/overlook customers. We can recommend Pino's delicious pizzas to everyone, but we recommend either using the delivery service or, best of all, taking the pizzas away so you can enjoy them at home instead of having to endure this uncoordinated service."

"we had a suite on the 13th floor. the suite is here two rooms with magnificent views over Wurzburg to the east and west (the outside sides are completely glazed). the hotel is about 15 minutes to walk to the center. the system is modern, all completely new and clean, air conditioned, therefore no windows to open. there was a screen in the sleeping area as well as in the living area. the two chairs in the living area were uncomfortable. the two were quite narrow. the bathroom had a shower and was clean and appropriate. near the sea is a tank and an amerik. restaurant (dinner). the breakfast buffet in the hotel for 12€ was very rich, tasty and reasonable. parking for the car in the garage. the in-house restaurant is recommended. friendly staff overall. internet per wlan free in the room available. the gym in the building can be used for free and is equipped with good equipment and clean."

Der Service war im heutigen Vergleich zu vielen anderen Restaurants außergewöhnlich freundlich und wir fühlten uns richtig gut umsorgt. Leider ist der Biergarten eine schmucklose Terrasse in schmuckloser Häuserschlucht mit freundlichen jungen und gelegentlich leider hupenden Autoposern in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das war aber auch der einzig negative Eindruck, der an den Plätzen im Lokal selbst sicher bedeutungslos ist. Nächster Besuch bereits in Planung!"
