"It is very rare that I put negative reviews, because those who work always have the benefit of the doubt and always deserve the utmost respect anyway. Since it is a famous chain, I would expect the same standard of quality as in the other Peter Pane we have already visited. Arriving at 8:40 p.m., after walking half an hour in the rain, and being told that the kitchen is closed, when Google Maps indicates that it closes at 2100, denotes a lack of professionalism and fairness. Too bad indeed, we were bitter and disappointed. I hope that this review will be received as a cue for improvement, and not as a gratuitous and unfounded criticism."
