We've decided to go eat this restaurant, because they recommended it in the rural house where we stayed. We have decided for a crispy of alcarchofa, foie and egg (exquisite), a fondue (it was fine, but perhaps the dish that has dripped us less), and then we asked for canelon of bull's tail and goat's back (both a hit). I really wanted to have the restaurant here. It is located in the beautiful village of Benifallet. It looks very smart when you enter, with sharp white tablecloths on the tables. We received 3 menus (2 menus and 1 card). The menu we ordered was too long, there was no possibility that everything could be freshly cooked. My starter was wrong and the main course was not possible. I had fruits for Dessert when I didn't trust anything else. A big disappointment, I doubt we'll go back.
