The food at the restaurant was tasty and delicious. However, the portion sizes seemed smaller than usual. I paid a high price for the meal, but was disappointed to find that the portions, including the pommes and zartfilets, were not as large as I had hoped. The rice box was also quite small for the price, especially considering it was for delivery. Often cannot get through to place an order, if I do, I'm asked to wait 2 minutes and instantly put on hold, where you will proceed to sit on hold for over 10 minutes. For a fast food place, it's not very fast. Called back to place order as staying on hold did not work would need to wait over 20 minutes for food too vague and too long for a fast food diner, you're waiting restaurant times. Previously when I have managed to place an order, the quoted collection time is often wrong with me having to wait longer. The Pepe's chicken box has had the most minimal amount of veg I've seen for some months now, before you would receive a decent amount, now it's a strip of veg not worth it if you're loo...
