"Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Spoleto! Absolutely worth visiting!!! Spoleto cuisine with a capital S, respect for tradition and attention to detail. You will find the best dishes cooked with skill, from coratella to scrambled with truffles, through stuffed courgette flowers and traditional panzanella, typical cured meats and cheeses. The same passion that you will find in the first and second courses, fresh hand-rolled pasta (the crescents stuffed with white truffle in butter and sprinkled with black truffle are absolutely worth trying) and the best cuts of meat processed with extreme skill, guinea fowl and larded loin were a real discovery. It goes without saying that the wines and desserts (try the mattonella) are equally popular. Special mention for the hospitality and professionalism of the owner and staff!"
