"Thursday night is steak and drink night, so all 4 of us decided to have Rump and a drink. The rump for all was excellent, so we all decided to have desserts as well. 3 had the cheesecake, which in a way isn't a cheesecake, as it has a soft base, but all agreed was delicious. The other had the apple crumble and was also delicious. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be going again."

Lovely beer garden, perfect with the kids to enjoy the sunshine and a nice pint. food is delicious, staff is friendly and welcoming just love the whole atmosphere of the pub. Best in town .

We were a party of 21 and was a last minute booking after other local pubs refused a large party and were rude the staff here were excellent and could not be more helpful. The food was also delicious and good value thank you all so Voir le carte

Had an hour to kill.. a very pleasant couple of pints. Friendly staff. One small point tho.. the range of lager could be better with birra morretti and san miguel the premium lagers.. there should be a peroni/estrella type option.. but as I said, that’s only a small point. Very nice pub. Thanks.

Our first visit to this pub on a quiet Wednesday lunchtime. The food arrived quickly. What can I say? Steak on mixed grill was cooked as requested. Excellent crispy chips and very big portions, I could finish mine and sadly had no room for a pudding. Next time I will probably stick with the lighter lunchtime member. The lady who brought our food was very friendly. Hope to make a return visit.
