The restaurant is at the plaza casco viejo with lots of other small restaurants situated side by side along the different avenues of the plaza. It's actually supposed to Carter for the Athletic Football Club Bilbao but when there spare tables, admit non-members. They have a super blond waitress called Anna or Maria.

This is the Athletic Bilbao Peña located in Casco Viejo (old town Bilbao). If you're a football fan, it's a must see. Decorated with lots of pictures and merchandise from Athletic. The surprise for me was that the food there was actually very good! The prices were very affordable and the food was very good. The staff was also very nice. Recommend it!
