"I 've been going here since it opened. It is still very nice but the prices have got to a daft level. Anyway, the good stuff the marquee structure erected in covid times is now a semi permanent affair which has been enclosed it is lovely. The staff are all well trained and provide great service. There were four of us having just a simple 2 course lunch. Bread and dipping oils were served fabulous bread. Starters Mrs had a superb mushroom soup, I had 'duck pressing ' a bit dry and not enough quince, Eggs Royale £21! and something else. Mains 2 fillet steaks £52 each , some cheese dish apparently yummy and I had a burger £28! . A couple of bottles of sauvignon blanc. No puddings. Bill with a 10% discount was over £350. Nuts. We had a nice time, but The Barn prices are beyond what it is worth. That said, we are local, so of course we 'll go again!"

"cowarth park afternoon tee is pretty good, but not so special to know why it won the best award this year. the food was fresh and the tee was good, but I don't enjoy the fancy brot for the sandwiches and the scones looked very processed and left a bit after taste and the even jam doesn't really fit scenes about me. a skeleton for me should be a round shape, but it does not need to be perfect as these seemed to try to be almost cylindrical. a fertilizer should also have fruit in it and not just a coupon of russines on the side. the cakes were also something too sweet and, while it was the way with this type of meal and it was done very well, I prefer to pour my own tee exactly when I want it. Overall, I rated as 4 because it was nice enough, but nothing special that I expected with the top price."

"We have visited this restaurant many times over the past few summers and always make a reservation. We went on a Saturday night and noticed that while there were quite a few people outside in the front, there were not as many inside, which was unusual for 7:30pm. We ordered water (although I dislike paying £4.95 for it when tap water is fine), two large Montepulciano wines, two American Hot pizzas, orange and lemon sorbet (which was delicious), a sambuca, and a double espresso. The total bill came to £96 before tip. The food was good with no complaints, but we experienced mixed service from the waitstaff - one was friendly and even gave us a complimentary grappa when we left, while the other was abrupt. We heard rumors that the restaurant might be changing its name. Despite this, we followed a recommendation and made a reservation for the following two weeks at Pazzia. We hope the restaurant maintains its quality as it would be a shame if it is not the same as before. We will revisit next summer and provide an update."

It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a perfect combination of exquisite food and fantastic hospitality. It made for an amazing birthday dinner for my mom!"

"The restaurant, while aesthetically pleasing both inside and out, is not one that I would recommend. During my lunchtime visit, it took a long time to be served even with their 'butler bell' system. It lacks sufficient vegan options, with only two main dishes on the menu. The vegan burger lacked creativity, and the risotto with sauteed oyster mushrooms was disappointing as it only included one slice of mushroom. The price was expensive for the quality of the meal, with the risotto costing £15.95 and a lime and soda costing £2.20. Overall, I was unimpressed and felt that I could have made a better meal at home. Service was lacking, and I would not return for another meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30"
