ottimo ristorante, personale molto gentile, buoni piatti. arredamento bello e stabile molto bello. Consigliato soprattutto per chi vuole fare uno spuntino prima della spa.

Ia cucina è ottima ma non prenotate il pacchetto che prevede 2 cene da 3 portate perché non è vero...ti lasciano un cartellino che vale 28€ e forse ci mangi un primo o una pizza quello che spendi in più lo paghi

Cucina veramente di alto livello. Proposte interessanti, curiose e lavorate davvero bene. Un plauso anche alla presentazione dei piatti: eccellente.Servizio un po' in difficoltà, probabilmente non si aspettavano così tanta gente a novembre.

male, nelle ore di colazione non avevano niente come le brioches, chiediamo se avevano qualcos'altro da offrire e rispondono che non avevano niente come il cibo come niente. Decidiamo di ordinare un drink e ci portano un succo che non era nemmeno mezzo bicchiere. Sospettiamo che abbiano diviso un succo in due bicchieri tutti pagati uno sproposito. ma di più.

Excellent experience at the Patzenfeld restaurant. I couldn't advise you whether to prefer the first or second courses, because all the dishes were excellent. From the variation of tubers and dry-aged fish (appetizer), to the excellent organic lemon risotto and finally the venison saddle. An explosion of flavors. Congratulations Chef. All accompanied by a Brunello di Montalcino 2004, a wine that enhanced the flavors of the dishes, recommended by Davide. All the staff are very kind. Experience to be repeated.

Da anni frequento questo ristorante; La cucina rimane di alto livello. COMPLETAMENTE INADEGUATO IL PERSONALE IN SALA: commenti personali e litigi davanti ai clienti, chiacchiere futili verso i clienti da amiconi, sempre uso scorretto delle mascherine e non richiamano i clienti che non le date indossano al chiuso.SABATO 7 AGOSTO A PRANZO abbiamo mangiato all’interno e non CI È STATO CHIESTO IL GREEN PASS, ma capeggiavano i bei cartelli che era zona Green pass.Si sente la mancanza di un direttore con leadership e carisma che possa valorizzare il posto e l’ottima cucina.

My experience at the Patzenfeld restaurant was overall mixed ultimately sobering. The friendly service was average. An explanation of the daily menu would have been helpful. The couvert bread consisted of leftover rolls from the breakfast buffet. Fine in terms of sustainability. The wines were served in 1 dl portions, which I found to be disproportionate given the price of €10/glass (Merlot, bottle category around €30 40). The quality of the food was good, with satisfactory preparation. The presentation of the dishes was based on the style of upscale cuisine, but with only average execution in terms of craftsmanship.
