"I had heard and read about the Parlo bistro, located in Genzano di Roma, always in a flattering way and therefore curiosity and expectations were high. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing with good background music. The tables are large and sufficiently spaced. The menu offers burgers and baos all stuffed with quality raw materials, as can be seen from the menu, with the plus that all the buns and baos are homemade. To start, we tasted the mini bao mix on the menu under the starters heading. The bao is perfect, it just serves to bring the filling into your mouth because it dissolves immediately without needing to be chewed. The fillings of 2 of the 4 baos are characterized by crunchiness, they are the veggie and the fish, they are delicious. All the flavors can be felt distinctly and the homemade mayonnaise is a plus which gives a nice boost. The ginger and lime mayonnaise stands out in the fish. The third of the mini baos is stuffed with a mini Chianina burger which, despite its small size, remains juicy and tasty, the presence of kimchi is interesting. The last of the 4 mini baos, certainly not for goodness, is the one with the dark pork belly. Dark pork belly is one of the traditional Chinese dishes and I must say that after tasting different interpretations, this is one of the ones I liked the most. The pork remains with a very thin crunchy crust, very juicy inside, the typical Chinese sauce that accompanies it, with its sweet and salty taste at the same time, pairs perfectly. After this introduction we tried our hand at a bao and a burger also to try the brioche bun. The PBLT is a squid ink brioche bread with grilled prawns inside, I would add nice prawns, crispy bacon and pink sauce. Curiosity arose from the prawn paired with bacon. After tasting it I have to say that it is a truly excellent combination. The bacon is cooked to perfection, crispy like potato chips. In some places it was a little too tasty, but apart from that, together with the tenderness and right humidity of the prawn it is truly an explosion of taste in the mouth. Also in this case the bun is absolutely meltable and serves to bring its contents to the mouth. The bao on the other hand was the IKA bao. Always with squid ink with inside a cuttlefish croquette fried in panko, accompanied by a sriracha mayonnaise, a typical spicy oriental sauce but at the same time with a sweetish aftertaste. The croquette fried in panko crunched under the teeth which was a pleasure, also because the frying was very dry and well done. A sign that in the kitchen they know what it means to have the frying oil at the right temperature so that the frying is light, crispy and dry All baos and burgers are served with triple-cooked homemade potatoes, accompanied by 3 jars containing 3 mayonnaises in which to dip the potatoes. I personally really enjoyed that lime and ginger. We accompanied everything with 2 small beers and a mineral water for a cost of €48. The price is up to the quality of the proposal. If I had the Parlo bistro under my house they would see me very often, a recommended place."

Nice ambience, tasty burgers, a real treat. Staff was very kind. We hadn’t reserved a table and they managed to fit us in even if the restaurant was full. Overall great evening, will definitely go again. Voir le carte

Discovered this tiny place last year thanks to Instagram and I have been a regular visitor since. If you are in the Castelli Romani area and want to eat a tasty and mouth-watering hamburgers with unexpected yet delicious ingredients, this is the place to go. Be that for a dinner or an aperitivo, i highly recommend this.

Abbiamo provato questa sera x la prima volta i panini del discorso. Beh.......SPETTACOLARIII Abbiamo il bao e i panchee. tagliare un sacco di cose. abbiamo ordinato attraverso whatsapp, la risposta era immediata e la consegna a casa, con il tempo incerto di oggi, punti. Sicuramente proveremo gli altri. Molto bene. Complimenti!

posto tranquillo e molto bello; visitati a cena, abbiamo apprezzato bao con granchio, lombatello e mini bao con falafel, e per finire un caramello di cheesecake e popcorn. anche ottima birra olmaia. Sono stato colpito dall'originalità dei piatti proposti, anche in relazione al prezzo che è tutto contenuto, considerando la buona qualità delle materie prime. Voir le carte

Delicious, with a vegan option for burger and dessert, all of excellent quality and at fair prices. I got the vegan sandwich with chickpea and beetroot burger, vegan mayonnaise, salad, sriracha. Chips are included in every dish. As a sweet nut bao filled with chocolate and hazelnut cream, a delight. I'll be back! Update: they even added a vegan menu upon request, wonderful

Sto seguendo questo posto da molto tempo su un social. Ho colto l'occasione di andare a San Valentino. cosa dire molto bello locale, cameriere molto bello, panini stratosferici e dolci dello stesso livello. Tornerò volentieri perché voglio assaggiare tutte le specialità che offrono. bagni puliti e profumati. solo neo trovare parcheggio. così ti suggerisco di venire molto tempo prima
