The Vita fish and chip shop is situated in South Street Worthing. It is a traditional fish and chip shop also selling a large range of burgers.

Was going to eat at the crab shack as had heard good reviews but on walking in there and asked to sit at a bench we declined!! Found this place and was very impressed food and service great. Prices very good. Very clean. Would def recommend.

So accommodating, helpful and friendly despite our numbers. They brought food out quickly provided high chairs extra plates when needed didn’t complain when kids had a wander around this is my ideal place to eat x thank you for being so welcoming x

I popped in for a portion of chips to accompany some time on the beach. Blown away by their quality. Carefully cooked, very crispy, high quality potatoes. I hesitate to write this but I think they were the best I have ever tasted. What more can be said. Well done to those who cook and serve such high quality food-a real treat Voir le carte

We came today for our first visit, we weren't disappointed! I had Fish n Chips, my Wife had Scampi. Service was very quick, our food was well cooked and hot. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Tea made with proper tea leaves. A spacious restaurant with clean tables and toilets. A 5* hygiene rating. Prices are very inexpensive but good value. Recommended

Sat outside on the pavement side tables after a long walk watching the world go by. A short queue inside secured a couple of hot black americanos good and strong as I like it. Food being served looked good with lots of choice and only issue with the place were the seagulls swooping as soon as tables were vacated. Been in all the coffee shops along this part of the arcade and this is the best of the four

The fish and chips were good. This place has stopped doing pensioners lunches during the pandemic. Used to be £6.95 for a small fish and chips (plenty) bread and butter, coffee or tea. Now £8.95 for medium fish and chips plus extra for beverage and anything else. No longer an affordable pensioner treat. The staff did not wear masks or gloves and were not seen to wash or sanitise their hands once. The tables were given a perfunctory wipe. Chairs, menus, condiment pots were not cleaned at all.
