"Brilliant spot for dinner that is quiet and away from crowds near the Vatican. We happen to walk past this restaurant while headed back to hotel from the backside of the Vatican. Ended up enjoying it so much that we went back two additional visits. Waiters , Marco and Claudio were fabulous and made perfect recommendations for wine selection and dessert pairing. We are a family of three and tried multiple dishes. Each one was authentic and exceeded expectations. We ended up sharing each dish because we could not individually commit to one dish. Bruschetta was a great starter (ordered without mushrooms) with a Margarita pizza. Main dishes; lasagna (husband ordered twice), T Bone steak, Burrata cheese ravioli, pesto fettuccine, side of grilled vegetables and mixed green salad. Desserts; crème brûlée, cannoli, 3 tiered chocolate mousse and a lemon sponge cake. Every dish was satisfying and highly recommended at reasonable cost. Marco and Claudio made the experience by allowing time between courses and not rushing through the meal. They both work hard and we’re genuinely interested in us enjoying our meal."

visitare roma è un'esperienza straordinaria, perché è una bella città e le persone sono molto gentili, ma soprattutto se si va al ristorante di roma chiamato paparex, in via aurelia. Visitato più volte, e provato più piatti posso scrivere che in questo ristorante si mangia molto bene, piatti con prodotti di qualità e freschi specialmente nel pesce, e la carne con le Fiorentine, e le costate ben frollate non sono niente male, lo staff, Fabio e tutti gli altri ti fanno sentire a casa ed è sempre disponibile e professionale, prezzi più che buono considerato la freschezza dei prodotti. I came here with my partner. We were staying in an Airbnb close by and our host recommended here. All I can say is wow! The service and food was amazing! Marcos was our waiter and was so lovely and really connected with us and gave us recommendations. We actually loved it so much we came here twice in our 4 day stay in Rome. I don’t think I could fault anything about this place, quiet location, amazing food, clean and really friendly waiters/waitresses! Thank you all for the amazing service and food you provided.
