Super fast delivery of an oven hot and delicious pizza, thanks!

Food was good, also delivery driver was polite which made a big difference in the service

First time I've visited has we were from stockton but I was very impressed top pizzas highly recommended Voir le carte

Absolutley spot on ! Had a bbq chicken pizza , potato tots with 3 cheese , tandoori chicken bites philli cheese steak papadia . Can’t fault it

My partner placed an order for a pizza more than an hour ago, they have already charged us but have not provided any updates on the order status. I have attempted to contact the restaurant 10 times, but they have not answered the phone. This experience has been extremely disappointing. They should either refund their customers or provide updates on their orders. We never received our food. Voir le carte

I got food poisoning symptoms after eating here last year, didn't review as can't prove it but response from management was disgusting. Other reviews have mentioned food poisoning and even workers boasting about not washing hands so wanted to add my experience so you can see it seems to be a pattern and probably not fake complaints. Used to love PJ before i lived in Darlington, now I'll never order again.

On Friday, May 10, 2024, we placed an order at 10:43 PM. The order was accepted, but the order tracker informed us at 11:30 PM that our order had been cancelled. By midnight, we still had not received any food or email confirming the cancellation. It was frustrating not knowing if our order would be delivered or not, especially after already waiting 50 minutes. It's not the kind of game I want to play on a Friday night. We decided to wait for a refund and order from another restaurant before they closed. We were very disappointed with the experience.

Usually go to Dominos, been wondering for ages whether Papa Johns was worth a go. It wasn't.Possibly even pricier than Domino's (but not much in it) pizzas were exactly like those terrible cheap rubbery ones from standard little takeaway. Except twice as expensive of course. Ingredients were barely detectable, the cheese was flat and rubbery and my jaw started to ache after ploughing through the third slice. If I didn't live 15 minutes away I would have taken it back.Oh, in the interest of balance, the little marmite and cheese doughball kind of things were OK.Back to domino's for me that's for sure.
