The restaurant has a dedicated fryer for their battered fish and chips, as well as for sausages. The chips are significantly better than the non-gluten-free options, which is a great advantage! Just give them a 20-minute notice, but I’ve found that it’s usually ready even sooner when I go to pick it up.
