Ordered food online on just eat food was meant to be here for 9:50 and I've just not received it not happy

Food is amazing it came bang on time. Lovely people Ordered fish and chips for me and my son my was massive and the kids fish n chips were a nice size spot on Thankyou panchos

Does what it says on the tin. Takeaway chippy with good selection of fish and chips. pies, etc. Not a date place [unless you're lucky] but does what it does very well. Good sized portions at an exellent price level. Parking a little tough but Voir le carte

Ordered from here and food was on the way within 8 mins of ordering which should have been my first red flag it was apparently a 4 min drive from me but took 20 mins to arrive I then open it up to cold food the batter sausage was pink in side and the chips where still hard defo wouldn’t recommend

We stopped by this restaurant after a quick visit to the city center and not finding anywhere else to eat. We were impressed by the generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly service which made our evening very enjoyable. We usually don't write reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. Thank you.

Yesterday I had a Fish Chip treat from Pancho’s and it was delicious, cheaper than others nearby, would highly recommend. It was so good I wanted to leave this review. Since lockdown I’ve found you have to book elsewhere. I just turned up. Only waited 2 minutes while they did lots of orders. Was so good they’ve upped their game and will happily go there from now on. Try it it was fantastic x Voir le carte

Tonight marked the third occasion where something was missing from our order at Pancho's. Perhaps we should have learned from the previous two occurrences. It is unacceptable to have to wait an additional 25 minutes for the remaining items to arrive so we can finally enjoy our meal. Mistakes can happen, but this many times is unacceptable. Additionally, we believe that a complimentary bottle of soda or some form of gesture would be a nice touch for loyal customers like us. Unfortunately, we did not receive any compensation. Due to these repeated issues, we have decided not to dine at Pancho's again.

Ordered at 7.44pm,8.44pm comes still no food so had to cook the children some food as getting late. rang they said it would be outside in a few mins 9pm still no food rang them they said waiting on driver 9.30pm still no food this time I’m angry pissed and getting late annoyed I can’t eat after 9pm due to medication. The rang them at 9.35 who contacted the driver and said was delivered to a different address he saw the street abs went to a house he goes to all the time….cut it short ive asked for compensation back I’ve been refused they’d aid the food coming out the drivers wages, they delivered food which went straight in the bin children was asleep I couldn’t eat it I did ask for them to j...

Ordered 2 fish, 2 chips and a sausage two hours before it eventually arrived. Hardly a difficult order. No apology from driver. No apology from restaurant after phoning 2 3 times the woman at the restaurant said our order was ‘en route and would be seconds’ 15 minutes later, nothing. 25 minutes later, nothing. Rang to get a refund after, when 2 hours had surpassed, the food was cold and inedible, and got extreme animosity down the phone and ignorance. Told me to contact Uber directly, who, in themselves, are quite difficult. Aggressive tone throughout, seems to be a common theme there.
