Ordered food online on just eat food was meant to be here for 9:50 and I've just not received it not happy

Does what it says on the tin. Takeaway chippy with good selection of fish and chips. pies, etc. Not a date place [unless you're lucky] but does what it does very well. Good sized portions at an exellent price level. Parking a little tough but

I ordered steak and kidney Pukka pies, but when I got home and took the top off the pie, I discovered that it was filled with mold. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They offered me a replacement pie, but I would have preferred an apology and a refund at the very least. Voir le carte

We stopped by this restaurant after a quick visit to the city center and not finding anywhere else to eat. We were impressed by the generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly service which made our evening very enjoyable. We usually don't write reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. Thank you.

Yesterday I had a Fish Chip treat from Pancho’s and it was delicious, cheaper than others nearby, would highly recommend. It was so good I wanted to leave this review. Since lockdown I’ve found you have to book elsewhere. I just turned up. Only waited 2 minutes while they did lots of orders. Been coming here now for the past years. Most of the staff are friendly but one in particular staff member stands out from the crowd. His name i believe is Simon. He always welcomes me with a smile and sometimes wraps his arms around me, making me feel very welcome. I'm sometimes very in decisive on what i would like to eat but Simon always points me in the right direction and helps me choose from a very eclectic choice of food. (I strongly recommend you try his sausage with a hint of chili sauce)If you'r after great food and love heavy discussions about politics head for Panchos and be sure to ask for Simon.Panchos is a wonderful place and i strongly recommend You try... you wont regret it....

Ordered 2 fish, 2 chips and a sausage two hours before it eventually arrived. Hardly a difficult order. No apology from driver. No apology from restaurant after phoning 2 3 times the woman at the restaurant said our order was ‘en route and would be seconds’ 15 minutes later, nothing. 25 minutes later, nothing. Rang to get a refund after, when 2 hours had surpassed, the food was cold and inedible, and got extreme animosity down the phone and ignorance. Told me to contact Uber directly, who, in themselves, are quite difficult. Aggressive tone throughout, seems to be a common theme there.
