Great little café. Best fish and chips I had at the age..went back the next day for fry up everything was perfectly cooked.

Great dog friendly cafe. Tasty clean food that was fast. Staff really friendly. Situated behind coral island. Well worth a visit. Specially if you have your dog with you.

This is an authentic, classic 70s style café, serving traditional British cuisine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is great and the food is excellent. A visit is only worthwhile to go back in time.

I finally had the pleasure of meeting the people that look after my Dad every time he comes to Blackpool. No wonder he loves coming. What wonderful people. No wonder his waist band expands every time he is there. They definitely know how to feed him.

Family and dog friendly fish and chip shop. Simple and economical menu. Good choice of drinks. It was extremely busy so there was a wait to be served but service was quick, polite and efficient. Food and brews were lovely! Loss of star as toilets were rather messy (but well equipped) and the hand dryer was pretty useless. Will definitely return! Voir le carte

Although everything was excellent about my experience, I confess that I did not have the need to use the toilet and laundry facilities. According to another member of my party, they left a little to be desired, but as that sounds, it is not fair to include it in my assessment. The food was first-class, service fast and friendly, prices very reasonable considering the location, and the facilities I used were top rate.

Don't be deterred by the old-fashioned self-service canteen setup at this restaurant. The food here is really good and fresh, and it's also very affordable. They offer all your favorite dishes from a typical chip shop, and the portions are large. The woman working behind the counter has an impressive memory, as she didn't even need to write down our order of 5 meals. The only hiccup was when we ordered a coffee and a tea at the register, but were given two coffees instead. We only realized the mistake once we were back at our table, but we didn't bother asking for it to be fixed and just enjoyed the coffee anyway.

Very quick service. Food is good, old fashioned cafe food. It is tasty with nicely sized portions. Tables are quickly cleaned and staff are friendly and efficient. Been twice and would have probably been more often had I discovered it earlier in my holiday. First time I had a bacon sandwich or barm as they say here. Really well cooked. The second time I had egg and chips and my son had a cheeseburger. His burger was nice with plenty of cheese and onions. My egg and chips were fine. My only criticism is the tea is quite expensive at £3.40 for a pot for 2 and the chips had a funny taste which was barely noticeable, I am not sure what caused that but put it down to the oil.
