Food was dry, not much beef in the sweet chilli beef mostly batter, service was poor. Won’t be returning.

Old Style Chinese Restaurant. Great Food and Service. The Decor is old but don't let that put you off. No Home Delivery, only Collection.

Ordered a takeaway. Good was okay, nothing special. Wouldn’t rush back. Maybe better if we ate in and then the chilli beef would have been crispy rather than chewy and soggy!

Great food Great staff Great atmosphere Would highly recommend to anyone who wanted to eat here. I've been in this restaurant every year since I was born and will keep coming back for many years to come

Visited here several times before and as ever the food is very good and plenty of it but it is very expensive. If you are in a party of more than 4 of you then I find they leave it ages in between courses making a 2 hr dinner into 3 1/2 hours which is bad when you have children.

Best Chinese in town always the same good quality food, 15 minute wait for take away longer when eating in, food always hot staff very friendly! Decor is pretty 70’s but look beyond that after all you are there for the food!! Best seaweed ever... and satay sauce..... and ribs... I now need to go and get a take -out it’s making my mouth water thinking about it.

OK so it was a Wednesday night but we were the only people in there from 7pm. Wanted to try after resent refurb but found out that only the kitchen had been touched. The restaurant is exactly the same. Probably the same koi fish in tank from when I was a teenager visiting here. But the food in here is very nice and the service is so friendly. I live local so its nice to walk and have a drink.

We have comming to this local restaraunt since 1966 when we first came to Harlow. I was a teacher and not earning much.However the prices here are not too high. The food is always good and there is loads to choose from. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Though they have changed during the time since 1966 they maintain their perfect hospitality. We walk to the restaraunt but parking is available nearby. Come to Harlow and try it out!

50 years ago in October 1969 my wife and l got married at Epping register office at 1100. We got hungry before our main reception. So our wedding guest with my wife and l went into the PAC Loc Chinese restaurant at Bush Fair. We sat on a long table under the long wall picture the far end of the restaurant. October 11th 2019 50 years on we returned with some of the guest with their children and our own grandchildren. Wyn and his Staff in the restaurant done us proud just like they always do gave us tip top service. We recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will continue to eat there because we know we can expect a good service with excellent food. Thanks to you all, it brought back happy m...
