"a group of 7 sat right away, there was something for everyone. several vegan burger options that sound good, but also the opportunity to put the restaurants own vegan patty in one of the other burgers. quite in the position to make their own and it was one of the best vegan burgers I ever had! (and there is a lot out non vegan burger were apparently also very tasty! all empty plates."

Nothing special for vegans and happen to be dry burgers.

try the spicy “ chicken” burger or pumpkin/church. wait they can cross reference allergies and ingredients for them.

Few vegan options. The only vegan burger was nice in taste and size. You can change the meat burger for the beyond burger for 3€ (that will make most of the hamburgers vegetarian)

Asked for a vegan burger and received cheese. Had to wait for a new one to be made while my friends ate their meal. Certain sides and drinks were unavailable. Nice waitresses though. Felt sorry for them. Voir le carte

Very nice place that seemed quite popular based on the amount of people. Food was clearly marked as either vegetarian or vegan, and all options could be made vegan. Prices seemed fair compared to the food and serving sizes for a place like that. Would recommend if you are looking for an enjoyable meal, but don't feel like going too crazy.

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
