Then homemade Tortelli (local type of fresh hand made pasta) stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese and mixed with mushroom sauce; doubled with another kind of Tortelli stuffed with ricotta cheese and pumpkin. Then home feeded rabbit braised for long time in wine, tomatoes and potatoes served with Italian corn pudding. For dessert we ordered the Tiramisu (secret Delfina receipt). While outside is cold and humid inside there is a warm wood fire stove and the lovely Delfina taking care of you like your Mum. Again and again"

Place recommended to me by the B&B I stayed in, it turned out to be a very pleasant discovery. The simple trattoria, very clean and without too many frills, offers local dishes. The raw materials used are of excellent quality and prepared very well by a young chef who can only do better. We had a mixed starter of delicious cured meats and cheeses accompanied by an excellent sauce. The crunchy and well-balanced giardiniera is amazing. To finish, a tasting of tortelli with lemon, pumpkin and herbs with fillings that melt in your mouth. Very generous portions and more than excellent value for money. We didn't eat anything else because we were already full, but the second courses were also tempt...
