"a few months ago, rocco mendola opened its pizzeria in Mainz-Ebersheim. Located directly on the main road, it is easily accessible, a bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.The ambiente is very welcoming, you can either take in the local or winter garden. the greeting by the chef himself is very warm, the guest feels immediately welcome. we offer mostly pizza and pasta, supplemented by some additional dishes on the tageskarte. prices are local and moderate. besides the usual pastage and pizza variations there are some unusual offers. for example a pizza vecchio mondo, pizza rocco and a pizza myriam. my favorite is the pizza mafioso, with peperoniwurst and peperoncino. slightly sharp, super tasty. An absolute highlight is the pizza nutella. for dessert we always order one and share it under 3 or 4 people. the crowning of a beautiful evening.The drink selection is versatile, the offered weine are of good quality and reasonable price. who is looking for a good pasta or a good pizza in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, for which is the pizzeria da rocco a good address."

"I know brunos restaurant at its old location on the lerchenberg. I loved the old location with the great outdoor space to enjoy all the delicious local and international dishes. I follow him on facebook and wait every Sunday full of joy for the weekly lunch menu. this year during our trip to Germany I made this a mandatory stop to dinner. I haven't seen the new one locally yet and I wanted to try it out. I agree with most commentary, the new local is not in a typical restaurant location as it is located in the industrial area, but it had the great advantage that there was hardly any traffic and we found a parking space right in front of the restaurant. the restaurant has a great outdoor area with plenty of sitting and comfortable garden furniture. because of the cooler weather we decided to sit inside. the inner has a tasteful decor and plenty of seating for larger groups. we were immediately served by the owner bruno and had a nice table with a good view of the rest of the inner. we had luck and were personally served by bruno. the menu offers a lot of dresses that are supplemented by several day dishes. we chose a carving in cream sauce from the menu and a ragout from the specials. the food was absolutely delicious. the carving was soft as butter and had a nice crispy panad. the carved (plural) were served on the sawn sauce. I know that sounds unusual, but I really liked this part because neither the carving nor the pommes were soaked in sauce and I could enjoy the carving taste with and without sauce. I felt hard to finish it because it was a bit of food. my friend had the ragout with noodles. the presentation was very beautiful and the taste was excellent. the tenderness of the meat and the fullness of the sauce tasted like omas homemade ragout, which simmered throughout the day in a pot. we added eating with a weeping and (yes, harm to me) a Cola beer. we arrived late on Saturday night, but even after 21 o'clock, several groups of people flowed in. despite the business in the restaurant, the atmosphere was quiet and cozy and bruno continued to meet all its customers to ensure the satisfaction. overall we had an excellent time and would return more often if we were living in the opposite."

"Wir haben heute den 88. Geburtstag meines Vaters im kleineren Kreis, als ursprünglich geplant, gefeiert! Jeder von uns hatte etwas anderes, andere Vorspeisen, andere Getränke. Der Aussenbereich des Restaurants war super gut besucht, nichtsdestotrotz hatte Grani und hoffentlich schreibe ich deinen Namen richtig) stets ein Auge auf uns, innen im Restaurant. Ein liebevoll gedeckten Tisch! An meinem Geburtstag im August hat uns schon ein so liebevoll gedeckter Tisch erwartet. Dieses Restaurant ist mit Abstand das Beste an italienischen Gerichten. Pizza ist der Oberhammer, von den Nudeln ganz zu schweigen! Die Salate mit so viel Liebe zubereitet. Unsere Freunde hatten gegrillten Lachs mit Spaghetti und waren voll begeistert. Die Papardelle mit Hähnchenfleisch super lecker. Mein Vater liebt Spaghetti aglio et olio... Begeisterung! Und die Pizzakreation, die ich mir heute habe schmecken lassen: Peperoni, Tomatensauce, Gorgonzola und Knoblauch MEGA!!! Leider hab ich es versäumt, Bilder zu machen... aber da wir wiederkommen, hol ich das nach. Übrigens ist der Pinot Grigio fabelhaft!!! Als Nachtisch gab es Tartofu Negro.. . Dazu muss ich jetzt nichts weiter sagen, außer dass wir die Teller am Liebsten abgeschleckt hätten!!! Ihr Lieben, danke für wieder ein megatolles Essen bei Euch! Herzliche Grüße und bleibt so!!!
