Offer gluten-free bread. They knew what the food had gluten and what not. The oldest restaurant in Lucerne.

Great food. My stomach is bursting EVERYONE is of course friendly. We'd love to come back. We are very satisfied.

When I asked about the GF menu, I was told there is no GF menu. The only thing GF can be made is a vegetable plate. Voir le carte

The schnitzel is and remains my favorite! Prepared at the table. Service super friendly. For me the best restaurant in Lucerne!

I went there because it was a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the food was so-so. The staff is friendly and the interior atmosphere is nice. It was amazing to see people wearing traditional clothes to work haha.

Ate at Old Swiss a few weeks ago. Poor service, our table was used as a side table for other customers, fish was NOT cooked through and the price hardly changed or at least an apology from the chef!!! Definitely don't recommend. Voir le carte

Fantastic service and fun experience. Be sure to book a table ahead of time. If you go here you definitely should get the schnitzel that is prepared at the table. it's not only a great experience it is very tasty as well! The decor inside is beautiful. Well worth a visit

Yesterday we went to the Old Swiss House for the first time. The menu is small but fine. Our food was very good. Of course we decided on the schnitzel. It was a great experience that it was prepared in front of us. The prices are rather high, but it's worth having the experience. The Creme Catalana dessert was to die for. The service, especially Lukas our waiter, was great.

Service was bad for a place like this with these prices because at our side table, i.e. directly 20cm from my plate, the entire food from the neighboring table (table of 4) including salad dressing was served... the noise and the constant unrest (man had the feeling of eating in the kitchen) took away the whole ambience... we didn't even want to talk.
