"We visited for lunch today, and I have to say, their website is quite misleading; it makes the place look much nicer than it actually is. Don’t be fooled—it's just a very greasy spoon. We had to ask the waitress to clean our table, which seemed to bother her. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered breakfast, while Lin opted for a bowl of chips and a slice of bread, which was advertised as sourdough for 50p. Instead, we received a slice of the cheapest white bread for £1, even though I had already gotten a slice of fried sourdough with my breakfast. The chips were overcooked, and we were told the bread would be coming soon. After waiting about 10 minutes, I politely approached the waitress to ask about it. Without saying a word, she went to the kitchen, returned, and dropped the bread on our table before walking away. The cafe wasn’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for the poor service. It’s disappointing that staff can't show customers a bit more respect; perhaps some training is needed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning, so we won't find out if things improve."

The menu featured clearly labeled vegan options such as a vegan full breakfast, avocado and tomato on toast, and mushrooms on toast. The oat milk latte was exceptional. The staff was friendly as well.

Great cafe with lots of vegan options. All the ones we have tried have been delicious, from their vegan sausage sandwich to yummy cakes! In addition their packaging for takeaway is biodegradable. #Veganuary
