Old Hall - Carte

Had a fantastic meal at the Old Hall, service was fantastic staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble even when we lost a personal item down the back of one of the benches!!! Thanks to all for a great meal it finished off...a great day superbly!

Used to like going in here most of the staff lovely,except for a lady who is rather large the manager I think,I've seen her on a few occasions effing and jeffing at customers and her side kick a young lad with a dodgy haircut and...bad teeth giving attitude.

We hosted a joint birthday party for our children and our friends' children at The Old Hall and it was a fantastic evening. Our server, Mike, provided excellent service and the atmosphere was wonderful. We all had a great time and would definitely return in the future. Voir le carte

I was looking for a vegetarian option on the menu, but unfortunately they didn't have one available. Instead, I decided to try the vegan lentil butter squash lasagna. It was alright, but a bit dry. I probably wouldn't order it again. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the drinks were decent.

we went to the old hall on Sunday the staff are very nice and polite we had a great meal the roast beef meal was really good one of the staff was called Danielle who did us proud we ask if she could bring the...birthday cake in at the end of the meal that made are day thank you all the staff for making the day so good

I had the Christian reception of my life in the old hall and it was fantastic. so a relaxed atmosphere and loved how the room was a part of the pub, instead of separated. we got time to eat before the Christianing service, which was nice, brilliant service and the staff could not have been friendly. a great day, many thanks! We always get a warm welcome. The food is excellent: hot, tasty and well presented. The staff are all very friendly and our dog gets a lovely welcome. We even had a bowl of water, and a treat brought to the table for him. The...restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend Old Hall for both humans and our canine friends! Although it was a quiet Sunday, there was a loud golfer at a nearby table who talked loudly on a video call throughout his lunch, discussing his game in detail. This was not enjoyable for me. Additionally, the television was playing golf, which I found to be excessive. My friend enjoyed their vegetarian Sunday roast, but I was unimpressed with the greasy fish and chips. The chips were overly oily and the fish was served with excess oil, which I had to wipe off with multiple napkins. Despite these shortcomings, we generally enjoyed our meal and would consider returning in the future. I would not enjoy dining here if it were too crowded, as I prefer quiet, less crowded spaces. I phoned on Sunday morning to book a table for Sunday Lunch. I was told that they had no tables available at 1pm and if we were to arrive as a walk in we would have to wait an hour for food. I was advised...that I could book at table at 2.30 instead. When we arrived at 2.30 I was told there was a 45 minute wait on food, which I found to be unfair since we had booked a table to avoid such a wait. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came out and was unbelievably rude, spoke over me and was very unprofessional. I have never been spoken to like that as a customer before. I was calmly trying to make the point that when you book a table you shouldn’t then be told that there’s a big wait beca... Voir le carte
