Courteous and efficient staff, excellent food - tiramisu as good as it gets. A real treat. Swiss prices but could have been more for the quality of the food..

The food at Obelisco is great. The staff will put together an antipasto platter for the table. Fresh pastas, grilled fish, decent wine list. I have enjoyed dinner here twice in the last six weeks, and will likely be back.

Having stayed in Chur, I was reccommended to this Italian restaurant by friends, and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome, and the food, the ambiance and the menu was typically Italian, served by the attentive staff with Italian attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients in our food was excellent, I will certainly be returning whenever I am in Chur. Voir le carte

We had a very enjoyable dinner here. The service was good and the meal well executed -- vegetarian cannelloni and Saltimbocca. The restaurant itself was comfortable and all in all a most pleasant experience. Sure it is not cheap, but this is Switzerland, and for all that I felt it was still good value. Wine was not rapaciously priced. I should certainly recommend.

I am coming here every month to enjoy Gennaro's delicious cuisine. Authentic Italian food cooked by Gennaro himself, an institution in Chur. Today he was serving us Ravioli with Truffels. eating those ravioli on a standalone basis (without truffels) would already be a delightful experience. they are delicious. but even more with these white truffel, Gennaro directly imports from Alba, delicious! i think the best truffels ever eaten!

What a splendid meal we had! A delight in every regard, the quality of the preparation, the Service, the atmosphere. We had a soup with calabash and wild mushrooms - just undescribable. Then followed the main dish with quail, venison, pink duck breast, and lamb chops, served with two slices of Polenta, and red cabbage. A dream of a meal. Switzerland is not a country which naturally caters for vegetarians we stumbled upon this place which though Italian wasn't a pizzeria and offered some vegetarian options. We decided to give it a try. We had a salad and tomato soup to start both very nice, and the spinach and ricotta cannelloni which was nice as well. Service was fine we didn't have to wait too long for our food to arrive, overall I would rate this 3.5 stars i.e between average and very good. The restaurant has a nice ambience and some basic options for vegetarians. The price is quite high but that's a reflection of Switzerland. Situated in the ‘old quarter’ of Chur this is a small and intimate Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian food (at a price, but then this is Switzerland). The Italian owners are effusive in their welcome. The extensive menu is solely in Italian, but they can explain it to you if you are unsure. We chose the 3 course set menu Sw F.49 (there is a 4-course if you have a very large appetite).The food was served with panache, tasted beautiful, and was very filling. My family and I enjoyed the Italian food, especially the grilled swordfish Pesce Sworda something like that which was 39.90CHF totally worth it. The tiramisu was super as well. The only thing that spoilt our experience was the presence of two large houseflies that no help was rendered but my dad killed both of them and the slick manager who didn't apologise for it and instead made a joke that they didn't charge for the houseflies. Very unimpressed by the unprofessionalism. They also don't hv English menus so we struggled w Google translate which wasn't helpful but the two waitresses who didn't speak a spot of English were very patient and sweet.
