"I went in this evening the ladie was extremely helpful and nice but as for the standard/temperature of the food isn't good. My mum and I used to always have our dinner on the odd evening's. This evening I had donor meat and chips husband had jumbo sausage and chips with a curry sauce. We only live just around the corner from the chippy and we was in the car. The meals were bearly worm, the chips were greasy soggy, the donor meat was like eating cardboard even the cat didn't want it. Even sader the owner was working, it seems like his heart isn't in it anymore. If it wasn't for the ladie who served me it would of been a 0 star."

We had meat and potato pie the pastry was rock hard and the filling had no potatoes and very little meat Normally the food is good I guess we won’t have the pies again

1st visit here 7/2/23. Very impressed. 4 fish and chips sausage in batter and halloumi frys. Food hot and good portions. Fish cooked fresh. Friendly staff. And owner? Good varied menu. Highly recommended 5* will definitely visit again.
