"So, an honest and factual review. (evening meal) Pro 's. Firstly, the food was excellent! From appetisers, to starters to mains.... they were very tasty. Con 's. The choice and mentality of management resulted in changing a great experience into a very disappointing one. We were a table of 8 adults. The main courses for 3 people did not arrive. After repeatedly asking it became apparent there was a confusion between the server and the kitchen.... so ultimately three people had to sit and watch everyone else eat and when everyone had finished eating those three people had to sit and eat alone. This is not how you want to enjoy an evening dinner with friends and family. Nevertheless, mistakes happen. Unfortunately the restaurant refused to acknowledge this and rectify the error.... they simply 'didnt care '. They could have offers a bottle of wine, made a discount from the meal for the inconvenience.... but they did nothing. They clearly feel they are above the customers and will simply be busy anyway, so why do they need people to be happy and come again or refer them to others. What a disappointment that some managers still dont understand that offering a small gesture would have avoided leaving such a negative impression."

posto molto bello con una buona vista. buon cibo, porzioni e prezzi in media. Non so se fosse un giorno speciale ma mezz'ora per prendere l'ordinazione e 1 e mezza ora per portare 2 sembra un po' esagerato.

Rifugio moderno, con stupenda terrazza panoramica e molti posti a sedere. Buon cibo locale, servizio veloce. Personale molto educato e disponibile. Abbiamo dimenticato la borraccia di nostra figlia ed il proprietario, dopo averlo contattato, ha trovato il modo di farcela avere portandola a Champoluc il giorno dopo. Speriamo di tornarci presto!
