"I have just been out for a meal at this lake side restaurant in Hildesheim Germany. It was my wife's birthday and we chose to eat for the first time here. It is a nicely decorated modern restaurant we visited on a cold wet March...evening in the middle of the week. We were not greeted on arrival as I would usually expect from a moderately expensive restaurant and this first impression could have been improved. We unloaded our own coats and wandered into the main restaurant area. We were then spoken to and showed to our pre-booked table. We were offered an English menu which was helpful and we ordered a steak dish and my wife a pork dish. It is fair to say that all of the food was well presented and beautifully cooked. The steak was a good cut well cooked and all of the food was hot and very tasty. They were not silly arty farty portions and we were full at the end of the meal. The food was generally excellent. We waited for ages trying to attract interest to get the bill at the end of the meal and finally after we had paid we wandered out without word from anyone in the same manner as we arrived. Im always thinking that the offer of a house drink is a good gesture when paying euros for a main course and at least a goodbye or some kind of greeting is the minimum requirement for such a place. Overall a nice place to eat. Probably better still in the summer. Paper napkins should be replaced with linen and whilst my experience in Germany seems to suggest that customer service is not the highest priority it needs to be improved upon here to bring it up to the same high standards as the food. First impressions are important in a restaurant and not to be greeted or wished goodbye is not much to ask and could easily be improved. The setting and the food was excellent."

Freshly prepared food, I sampled the cake, it was moist and delicious. The pumpkin soup had a hint of ginger,just enough to warm the soul. I reccomend eating on the terrace with a lovely,rustic view of the lake

We had the coffee as like almost all coffee in the ‘city’ ok. The staff are very friendly. We went back for the fruit filled ‘Sundae’. Truly fab and not too sweet. Nice deck for outdoor eating. Come again sure. Voir le carte

very nice environment and delicious food. the steaks are grilled for the minute. Note: on another day, the rumpsteak was pretty cumbersome. is not a steakhouse. who would like to take a number should order something else. the service staff is attentive and very friendly. the view of the lake underlines any deliciousness. recommended, however not favorable. sufficient parking available.

I was walking in the summer with my wife at the hohnsensee and then we came to the noah. the terrace is very large that you can find a suitable place. when we both got our salat, our appetitt has passed. the salat was very weak for the money and qualitatiw was not appropriate! he was very stubborn and on the putenfilet was more panad than flesh. the service itself. for us it has made the impression that there is no good working environment under the workforce. the workmates have not agreed, some have not smiled at all, or have only set up a fake smile, that one has not dared to object to anything or to express a wish. pity, because the location is really optimal!
