One of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at on any continent. Service was personal, meal was fabulous and ambiance was excellent with original artwork by Roland Schauls.

Superb food, beautiful decor and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. I hadn’t appreciated it was a minimum of three courses, so we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated. Can’t fault the taste or quality though delicious

small restaurant with few tables, with great discoveries on the teller. the concept is simple: unique 8-course menu that you can customize, from 3 to 8, with a correspondingly adjusted amount.Efficient and friendly service, bilingual English / German. it was very pleasant to try a wein before order, even in the glass!

the restaurant nigrum is an example of how excellent service and high-quality eating should be! we tried a 4-course menu and all dishes were super delicious and well thought out. the dessert (chocolate cake) was good, but nothing extraordinary. the atmosphere is very elegant and relaxing. highly recommended for those who want a great culinary experience! my second time ate here and again more than impressed. I always go with the desire for more and can hardly wait until I come to visit the next time! the service is impeccable and eating is really exquisite. I can't say enough about this facility. fine eating can be intimidating for beginners, but the staff is so sincere that it does everything and calms them. this is a restaurant for all. I wish I could describe the food, but it would not be with the words it deserves.

to my birthday I spent the evening with my partner in restaurant nigrum in Baden-Baden. I have become aware of this by the many positive reviews as well as feedback from friends who have made a clear recommendation.The restaurant is extremely stylish with love to detail. this is also lived by the personal. one has the feeling that the operators have dealt with the service and the services.Enlightenments and information are given to each course. starting with a reservation that was answered within an hour (!), we were looking forward to the visit in the nigrum and were not disappointed in any way. we experienced very personal service, good and inexpensively pleasant wine selection as well as a great menu from which we were able to enjoy 5 courses. the menu changes constantly and is to be seen in the internet, so we could already tune to the evening. the courses are served in a very individual type, always suitable in time. we have experienced this in good restaurants and have spent 3 hours with a 4 course menu! especially to praise is the unexcited and not at all placed service, which is not often found in a restaurant of this liga....
