"a wonderful surprise, our first time in nigrum. this is an original, high-quality gourmet restaurant, on the same level as michelin 1 star restaurants. eating is a mix of classic French, Asian note, modern spanish ... overall we would recommend 6 courses or more for a quality experience. good wine selection too. the personal was very professional and the service was attentive. the courses have been described exactly, which served was ok, and the drink service was prompt. we're coming back."

"the restaurant was very well visited on a Friday evening. we had reserved. the service was already very cut to the table. you won the impression this have worked through several days and have no more lust at all. this was also reflected in their performance. Forgot drinks, drink wrong and very long waiting time. the apfelschorle was carried past a carbonic acid bottle at most. very good.The salate to the main dishes was tastefully good. the dressing is delicious. probably it is so often praised that one imagines to do something good to the hospitable when you drown the salat in dressing. the salate was, unfortunately, more than softened. no further attention was paid to the service.The main dishes were tastefully in the middle field. the meat was unfortunately a bit tough, but the late zle tasty. also the soße was good. altogether no highlight. had they been getting similar at home. the timing did not vote. a person was almost done there the second one just got to eat. that doesn't go! you keep something warm and served at the same time.The average rating here at tripadvisor does not give a realistic picture of the performance in my eyes. for me very overrated."

"Especially nice reception by the managing director. Since we had indicated the celebration of an anniversary, we enjoyed the particularly nice table decoration from many pink hearts. The atmosphere was pleasant,the menu was exceptional and beautifully applied. Just that we were charged on the bill two instead of a bottle of wine and on the note the payment waitress only oh! instead of an apology, something happened to the otherwise successful evening."

"Excellent food, let down by interesting levels of service. Firstly, we rang ahead, as we were on the highway and would arrive in around 45 minutes, so wanted to secure a table. We were told they were fully booked, so we asked to reserve a...little later, again, fully booked the whole day! My wife said let's try it anyway, as it has a lot of good reviews, so we arrived to find dozens of empty tables very strange and potentially costly for the management. We were seated quickly and were immediately served bread and oil, which was very good quality. Our order was taken and the drinks were delivered. Unfortunately, it started to rain hard and you could see the staff running around to collect cushions, glasses etc. from the pre-set tables. This is partially understandable (though if you don't have protection against the weather, perhaps you set the tables as the diners arrive) leaving us waiting for 1 hour without food. I raised this with a nice guy (possibly Raffaele) who appologised and sought to fix the problem. Shortly afterwards our food arrived. It was pretty good in quality, taste and value for money, and we were compensated with a free dessert due to the long waiting time. I think this could be a stand-out restaurant in Baden-Baden with a little more thought to staff training/attitude and the general running of the place. Hopefully your experience will be 5 stars and we were just unlucky."

"we were looking for a good Italian restaurant in baths, and we came to a great place. the service was excellent, the eating was delicious (commended: the insalata stromboli, which offers an unusual but perfect balance of aromen,) the restaurant was clean, we had not. long wait for a table and they were very flexible to adapt the dinge to some food sensitivity under our group. good vegetarian options and very favorable. highly recommended."
