The “boss” is an absolute laughing stock. Doesn 't care about guests ' wishes. If you criticize or complain, you will be thrown out of the restaurant and banned from the premises. If the service is unfriendly and aggressive, the boss doesn 't care. He probably likes it that way. So he doesn 't care about the guests either.
