We love coming here. The staff are so friendly with our dog. I always enjoy the food and the views of the hills are fantastic.

Cracking meal with cracking staff. Enjoyed the views and loved the silence of the night parking handy outside toilet for the dark hours

We were a group of 8 The Irish Rovers 2024 John O'groats to Land's End Great Vintage Tractor Tour. Were made most welcome food and service was excellent

Really friendly place, good value and good quality. Copes well when busy and dog friendly. Been here for both breakfast and evening meals and all excellent. Has a range of very nice flavoured ice creams!

I have to say that this restaurant is outstanding. The service was great, the young lady who served us was lovely. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. It soon got busy so it must be very popular with visitors and locals. Looking forward to many return visits.

What a find! Wasn't much open in Netwonmore so walked to the Grill and it was brilliant. Really friendly staff, good homecooked food and massive portions. Proper American diner vibe to it. Licensed as well so you can have a pint with your dinner. Great selection, really good prices. I had a burger and chips and struggled to finish it, it was that big. I'll definitely be back on my next trip up the A9. Lovely.

We were staying in an Airbnb in Newtonmore for a short holiday and came across the Grill while we were out walking and looking for a coffee stop. We had passed it on our way to the village and I looked at the reviews on Trip Advisor and they were very good so we had no hesitation in trying it. Sufficient to say we made two other visits as we found the staff extremely friendly also the quality of the food very good. Coffee came in a large mug and was piping hot, rolls were fresh and the fillings were plentiful. Stopped this morning with my parents and sister on our way home north. What a fabulous find. As my father has limited mobility it was wonderful to find somewhere to park right at the door! Our breakfast was amazing with perfectly cooked fried and poached eggs which were obviously free range and fabulous bacon. Great tea and coffee as well. Icing on the cake were the ladies serving. Super friendly and helpful. It’s been a while since we have been met with such a friendly welcome. Even the dog got a sausage for his breakfast! 11 out of 10 and we will be stopping here next time we are on the A9. Just a few minutes off the road with ample parking for cars and lorry’s.
